Your cozy getaway awaits at this fully remodeled 1940s home located in the midtown section of Hattiesburg, MS. Queen beds in each of the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This property is perfect for family or a small group of guests looking for a relaxing stay. Large backyard and deck. Great location. Within walking distance to the zoo, Kamper Park, the waterpark, and new public tennis and pickleball courts. Great restaurants nearby as well as the University of Southern Mississippi. Convenient to Mid-Town shopping, Forrest General Hospital and William Carey University. The property is pet friendly with fees and prior approval and has a large fenced in backyard.

Was there with my wife and son for youth baseball tournament. Was the perfect 'cottage' for the three of us. Perfect location and the owners have gone the extra mile with the design, amenities and hospitality. If we ever get back to Hattiesburg, we will definitely be staying here.

Charming Cottage

The host thought of everything. The snacks were welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the fenced backyard was a plus, the bathrooms were well stocked as was the kitchen, and communication was very clear. I felt very safe in the quaint neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the 1940s archetecture of the home. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Hattiesburg.

Amazing host and cottage

The cottage was clean and welcoming. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. Joe is an awesome host. The house was well appointed with coffee and toiletries. Joe even left us a bottle of wine. The stay couldn't have been more perfect. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Super clean and well equipped

Booked this based on other ratings on how clean the property was and it was just that, very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were comfy. The linens were quite nice. Everything was in good shape.

Cute and comfy!

Great pet friendly cottage with fully fenced yard. Clean, comfortable and homey. Second bathroom is great to have. I also appreciated the carport for covered parking. We will definitely be back!
