Reserved room with big tub and it had a plug for a sink small and didn't stop the water . Had to use wash rags to plug it up to use. Tv didnt work eaither . Air works but wasn't on so was hot when we arrived. Over all would probably just pay for expensive room in this town . Both rooms we have had here in mid price range were more low quality. And police driving through parking lot doesn't make it feel safe FYI when the smell of smoke knocked us down when we walked in.

All was good except the pass key lost its code. This happened the last time I stayed there at the same hotel.needs to be a fix for this . Other hotels I have never had this issue.

Three words: DON’T STAY HERE! The entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed — even the non-smoking rooms. There’s no elevator, the furniture is old, dirty, and rusty, and the toilet kept clogging. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The only decent thing was the shower. Staff weren’t friendly either. Overall, a terrible experience. Save your money and your sanity — stay anywhere else!

The room was run down and not well cleaned. There were bugs and cockroaches. People were smoking in their rooms and hallway. I was there five minutes put my bag in the car and turned in the room key. Now I need to get my money back from Expedia, which is no easy task.

The attendant was very nice, but I am unimpressed by the area. Set the alarm on my vehicle in the hope that it didn’t get messed with one of my lights burned out in the room. I couldn’t get the TV to work, but I’m so tired. I just don’t care. I need to get some sleep and get back on the road. I would not come back here.

The hotel was dated. The phone in our room did not work & we could not call the front desk. The telephone was covered in cigarette ashes. The breakfast was only coffee, yogurt & dry cereal.

Almost immediately after arriving, our toilet overflowed all through the bathroom and onto the carpet in the room. My husband went to the front desk for assistance and was given a plunger, 3 old towels, and told that was the best that she could do, there isn't maintenance. The 3 towels were not enough so we used the towels in the room. Some of which were already stained or dirty. After cleaning we were told to leave the towels outside of our room (where they stayed for our stay). My husband went back to the front desk to ask for clean towels and was told they didn't have any extra to give him. As soon as we sat on the bed we almost immediately started smelling something foul. We turned the air down in hopes of helping the circulation, and noticed that the AC was FULL of mold. It wasn't long after that when we realized that the smell was coming from the bed. The bed sheets were not clean and had a strong smell of what I can only describe as female body fluids. I went back to the front desk to explain how honestly terrible the conditions were and requested that we please be moved to another room. The receptionist was lounging back in her chair on a call, and simply replied with, "If you don't like the room, you can go somewhere else". But I couldn't, everything in the area was booked. I asked for a manager or the owner, she said she was the manager and the owner was out of town, she isn't calling him. That is just the big issues that we had with this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
