Pet fee was $150 for one night. More than the room rate was that night. Seems outrageous. Carpeting was badly stained and in need of replacement. Coffee was good. Breakfast was ok, not great.

The staff, especially the cleaning crews were very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was a bit out dated. The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working but our stay was good over all because of the staff.

My experience

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The staff at the desk was very friendly. The room had a weird smell and there were hairs everywhere. I am not sure if they just didn’t clean the room properly. Even the elevator floor was covered in water. Not sure if it was from other residents who were using the pool. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Great hotel at a great price!!

From the moment you walk in to the hotel you can see how clean they keep it. The staff are friendly, polite & very accommodating!! Our entire experience from checking in to checkout was wonderful! They provided us with free breakfast along with late checkout! The room was nice, comfortable and clean!! They are conveniently located off of 495 and close to shopping, restaurant’s & gas stations etc! It was such a pleasure staying there, that we are booked for another stay in December.
