The Alpine-Style penthouse features 2 terraces with breathtaking views. The high-quality kitchen is complete with a wine cooler, and on the split-level floor you'll find a pool table for your entertainment. Each bedroom has a private bathroom

From the village you have access to two ski lifts and three different downhill runs (blue, red and black) right into the village, ideal for any snow lover. The slopes are connected to Schladming's vast 4-Berge ski slopes, where an abundance of snow fun awaits you. And when the snow has melted, the surrounding area invites you on beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Schladming is not called the 'valley of a thousand springs' for nothing, with its mountain lakes, springs and waterfalls. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
