Corner terrace. Sloping ground. Parking for 2 cars. On the mountainside, overlooking the village of Hauteluce, this detached chalet boasts a large terrace with different orientations, to be enjoyed depending on the sunshine. On the practical side, you'll find a supermarket in Villard-sur-Doron, as well as a small grocery store in Hauteluce during tourist periods. For family leisure activities, an outdoor center with children's games and a fishing lake awaits you 7 km away, Beaufort, an authentic village 11.50 km away, or the resort of Les Saisies 10 km away. Be amazed by a 180° panoramic view, from Mont Blanc to Grand Mont, a true postcard setting to admire from the terrace, while sunbathing or having lunch outdoors. The chalet is located 2 km from the Chosal chairlift which connects to the Saisies/Espace Diamant ski area.
