Professionally decorated 2bd ocean view condo

Papakea G302 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa, bar stools, and dining table with chairs for four. You will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom including the living room has its own split A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals in-house. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, ocean views, and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, which can be combined into a King bed if preferred. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with shower. Additionally, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a brand new 5.5” Memory Foam mattress is found in the living room. This condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.
Beautiful ocean and sunset views await! This single-story, spacious condo offers views of the Pacific, Molokai and Lanai from the living room, master bedroom and lanai.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins July 16th , 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around August 19th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Onsite resort staff - AMAZING

The condo was exactly what we had envisioned. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and included everything necessary for days at the beach. The staff at the property were extremely friendly and worked constantly to keep the entire property clean! We were stranded at this property during the early days of the terrible fire and the resort staff did everything they could to keep guests informed and as comfortable as possible.

Great little Condo

Great stay!

Great location with beautiful sunset views. Clean suite and easy check-in process. We really enjoyed the pool, pickle ball and hot tub. We would have appreciated more reasonable supply of dish soap/toilet paper/laundry soap. Would recommend!

VERY NICE AND CLEAN

The condo had nice decor and clean no complaints, or maybe just one but not a big deal. the wall plug in the kitchen the left side by the sink didn't work, just mentioning it cuz the coffee pot would have been much easier to work with on that side but we couldnt do it. one more thing the carafe to the coffee maker is too small i had to hold it up to get the coffee to drip into the carafe which was an inconvenience & the spare coffee pot doesnt work at all. I suggest they buy a new coffee pot and fix that outlet. We did enjoy our stay and the comforts of the condo.

Unit G302 was OK, but a little tired.

We have stayed at Papakea several times and it never disappoints. The staff are fantastic and the property is always extremely well maintained. Unfortunately, that didn’t translate into suite G302. It felt a bit tired and in need of some maintenance/refresh. -When we checked in there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. -We had 1 single wine glass -The coffee maker didn’t work because the carafe was from a different brand of machine. -The dryer is in need of service as the as the lint trap and access panel were loose. When we brought some of the concerns the property management, they did a great job at quickly trying to address them. They were very responsive. Overall our experience was okay, but we were a little let down given the price we paid. Thanks,

Great Location!

Our large family rented two condos at Papakea Resort and had a WONDERFUL vacation! This unit wasn't quite as updated as another we rented, but it was very nice, very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, a few beach towels, chairs, and everything we could possibly need. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Great Stay

Everything was ready to go in the unit. Had chairs, towels, and bare essentials to get you started in your vacation. Papakea is an amazing place to stay and our family had a great time. Couldn’t figure out how to keep fan on at night in the bedroom, but that wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We loved this unit, and resort, and would come back again!

Can’t wait to go back!

The property was even better in person than it appeared in the photos. The kids having their own room and bathroom was fantastic for us so we could sleep in and have some privacy. The kitchen had every supply you needed! We ate breakfast in the room, maybe pizzas, and even grilled out when we weren’t spending money in restaurants. The view of the ocean was wonderful and never got old. I also enjoyed the sound of the fountain while I slept, it was just outside the condo so very soothing. The parking spots are narrow so rent a small car, but we made it work with a Dodge Journey which is sizable. Kids say they wish we would have just stayed here the whole time and not moved to three different places.

Great place to stay

We were delightfully surprised with our stay. For starters, the staff that works at the resort has customer satisfaction as their #1 priority. The room is charming and has just about everything that you could need. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found it to be fully stocked with the essentials. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. We used the pool and hot tub daily and it met all of our needs. The six Weber grills around the pool for the guests to use are a nice touch and are also very well maintained. They were instrumental in all of our home cooked meals. While there is no beach directly in front of the resort, there are beautiful beaches mere minutes away, and it is a very short drive to Waler's Village. Again, this resort met or exceeded all of our expectations. Have I stayed in nicer/newer resorts? Yes - but I have also paid a heck of a lot more for them. I will be re-booking to stay here in future years.

Location very nice. Apartment is ok but we can see it is aging and requiring some remodeling. Internet was the negative for the stay. I arrived and found the router out iod order. Next day asked front desk to take necessary actions to get it working and nothing. Two days later asked again and they came to verify what I told, the box is gone. I am leaving today still with the promise that they will fix. I hope for the next guest. Anyway, location is the strong of this place.

Our January stay in G302

Overall the condo G302 was not very pleasant. The master bedroom did not have an AC and with direct afternoon sun, the master bedroom felt like an oven. Ocean view is more like 15% ocean view. The real view is the pond. Zac from “My Perfect Stay” was far from perfect. We had emailed prior to our arrival with a few questions which we never got a response to. I wouldn’t recommend this specific unit. The property itself is nice with easy access to stores, good amenities and friendly staff. But this specific unit was not a pleasant/relaxing one for my family.

New AC Desperately Needed

Bottom line is this unit faces directly south and is really hot even in December! The single old style AC in the living room cannot keep the suite cool enough to be comfortable. The bedrooms do not cool down, even with all the window coverings closed all day. The suite does NOT have a premium ocean view, as it looks south towards the other condos not directly at the ocean. Papakea is a fabulous condo complex in a perfect location walk able to beach, restaurants etc. The suite is nicely updated and Perfect Stays was great to deal with. But we would not rent this suite again.

Need more A/C

This place was great, nice decor, pretty view, decent pools. A few improvements are needed overall for property (seawall repair, pads for lounge chairs at pool,). The owners of this unit should invest in air conditioning units for bedrooms. Most of the days we were there there was no breeze so opening windows didn't help. It was probably close to 80 degrees inside the unit, the single window a/c didn't do the trick.

One of most handy places to stay On Maui

Very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Papakea is our favorite place to stay on Maui. You can walk to just about anything you need. Decent restaurants to chose from.

Mostly great but some big drawbacks

Here are the things we liked: good location, walking distance to shops, groceries and good walking/running paths nearby, nicely, maintained grounds for the complex, oceanfront property Here are the not so good things: this condo is HOT, really hot!!! the AC cannot keep this apartment cool and if you are running the AC its so loud that you cannot have a conversation while the AC is going. This complex has salt water pools, which was a HUGE problem for our young child. Honestly, if the listing mentioned the salt water pool, I would have not booked it. This unit is on par with what you'd expect at a lower tier chain hotel, the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is in person. We had a good time in spite of the serious shortcomings of this condo and grounds, but I feel like, for the price we paid, we did not get what was expected. I might stay at this complex again, but definitely not in this unit.

Amazing once again

One of the best Papakea units we have rented. This was our 4th trip to Papakea and the unit G302 was spectacular. Awesome veiws, clean, well stocked, and property management was amazing. We look forward to booking with My Perfect Stays (thru VRBO of course) again next year. Big thanks to the unit owners for sharing their home with us.
