Triple T invites you to be as active as you wish with swimming pools, golf, pickle ball courts, kayaking, walking trails, workout room, fish or simply relax in nature. Holly Lake Ranch= the best kept secret in east Texas and only a short drive from DFW. Beautiful tall pine trees with lots of nature running around. The house has a cozy feel with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. King bed, Queen bed, Double bed and twin futon with pull out twin. Office space if you need to work. A game room located above the garage has a pool table, shuffleboard, Pacman, and Golden Tee . The house sits on three lots for some privacy. House is ideal for families, girls trips, men's fishing trips! Moe's has the best pizza in Holly Lake! Eat at Mario's cafe for Asian food. Enjoy neighboring east Texas small-town charm in Winnsboro, Mineola, Gladewater, Jefferson, Canton, etc. Go to Lindale for Miranda Lamberts Pink Pistol and have some wine. Don't miss Sinclair's lunch in Winnsboro and The Barrell House Bar and Grill

The house was so nice that we almost never left it. We loved the game room also. Everything was amazing and clean. Would stay here again. The beds are very, very firm. Plan accordingly if you don't like a firm bed.

Very nice accommodations. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of linens. Very private lot. The host is the best I’ve ever had. I stayed here for about 6 weeks for work and I will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Great weekend with our grands.

Stayed with our 5 grands ages 7-12 for their spring break. Had such a good time. The grands enjoyed having the gameroom all to themselves. No adults allowed! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved sitting in the screened in porch.

Getaway

Our family needed a place to unwind and relax and TripleT provided just that. Beautiful home and just as state. I enjoyed watching the deer pass by as I enjoyed coffee in screened porch. My husband golfed and fished, and it was great relaxing time for him. We did not use the game room as much, but it was great to have. We had some internet issues and Tillery was quick to respond and provide assistance via her brother. Highly recommend

Quiet retreat in the woods

My four grandkids loved the spacious house. There is a lot to do with the community amenities and the amenities provided by the owner. Whether you are wanting a place to retreat in quiet, or have time out and about, this place fits the bill. There is no spa or hot tub. That was part of a community pool which has been sold. The close community pool is very nice.

Perfect Rental Home

Our 3 families stayed here to celebrate New Years and a late Christmas together. The house was more than we could imagine. It was so cozy & perfectly decorated. The layout of the home was great for hanging out with family. The kids also really enjoyed the game room and the exploring the creek behind the house. We had everything we needed. A plus was all the extra towels, pillow and blankets in the home. We also loved being so close to the park and nature trails! We’ve stayed at numerous homes in HLR and this was our favorite so far!

Annual grandkids trip

So beautiful. The hosts made sure every inch of this beautiful home was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans/dishes and storage, plus extras like coffee, spices, etc... there were lots of options game wise. From board and card games to the, oh so fun game room. I woke up a couple of mornings to find our 12 yr old grandtr bundled up sitting in the screened porch area. She was drinking coffee and enjoying the privacy and all the beautiful nature. Being at Holly Lake has been a favorite for 7 of our grandkids trips. This year our 8 yr old met an 8 yr old girl from France, who was visiting her grandmother. The 2 little girls are now pen pals. Such a great place for families. Thank you Triple T for sharing your beautiful and spacious home for others to enjoy and make memories. Best place we have stayed in 7 years.

Great house!

This house was amazing! There was so much to do at the house with the gameroom and games, plus the property has pickleball, disc golf, swimming pools, and hiking. The location is easy to get to and the house was very comfortable. Just as described in the listing.

Quiet, peaceful surrounded by trees

Screened in porch amazing. We watched the deer every day. Very clean & comfortable. Beds were so comfortable. Exactly like picture’s & description shows. So peaceful & beautiful close to nature. Host provided cups, welcome snacks. Great place - would absolutely stay here again.

Hidden Gem, great for families

I love this property. The house itself is roomy, and clean and has plenty of amenities onsite. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There is a margarita machine and smoothie blender I didn't get a chance to try, maybe next time. I wish there was an air fryer or Instapot, that would be convenient, but that is just food for thought. The spice rack is well stocked and plenty of condiments in the fridge as well. The house itself is clean and inviting. With plush carpets and plenty of lush pillows. My one gripe is the beds are VERY FIRM, and my poor back didn't agree with them, Beach towels and games are avail. The pool/game room on top of the garage was a great hangout spot for me and my hubby. The Holly Ranch community itself is so cool. So much to do. The hiking trails are mild and have great views and picture opportunities. We swam all day, one day. The pool on the west end was amazing. We played putt putt gold on both sides of the ranch. We played disc golf. We explored the ranch. We ate dinner at the restaurant at the golf club. There really is soooo much to keep my family entertained without ever leaving the ranch. I didn't get to go down all the walking trails, didn't get to play golf, didn't get to swim in the other pool, didn't get to kayak....there just wasn't enough time. I loved it there and will definitely be booking again in the near future. Thank you for allowing us to share the many amenities of Holly Lake Ranch.
