Moola Magic with Pool
This beach house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and air conditioning plus a huge deck adjoining the upstairs living room that has a barbecue and outdoor setting for 10. The property also has a sparkling in ground pool with tavertine surround and has a fully fenced yard which is child friendly. Close to Bennetts Beach, river and Port Stephens. There is a large 3 car carport which allows plenty of room for cars, boat and bikes Sleeps 12 (1king, 2 queens, 1 double and 4 singles). *PET FRIENDLY* The property has WIFI. # Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422. Please be advised that should issues with the wifi require at technician it may take a few days for this to be rectified.
