Luxury ground floor garden apartment. This property has 3 bedrooms, bedroom one has a queen bed with an ensuite. bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two king singles. The property has open plan living areas, leather corner lounge suite, dining suite for six people. Very modern kitchen with granite bench tops, Smeg appliances. This property has large screen TV, DVD and is air conditioned. There are 2 outdoor areas the first one at the front of the property which has an outdoor setting for 6. The second outdoor area has a small tiled area with lounge and barbecue. Close to Bennetts and Jimmys Beach in Hawks Nest. 2 undercover parking spaces and lift access from garage. This property has WIFI.

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.

We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival.
