Easy to get to. Property seems nice and my room was clean. I don't know what they clean the showers with. It works; my shower was nice and clean, but the shower floor seemed very slippery! One thing I appreciate is that I can set my room thermostat to what is comfortable for ME and not what the hotel decides is comfortable for me. I sleep better in a cooler environment and so it made for good sleeping!

NOT clean - dirty bathroom and beyond

I had high hopes for this place. Rated good, newer hotel. First impression all looked clean from quick glance. Got to the hotel late, quickly brought our things to the room and headed to the pool with the kids. Came back to room for showers and realized how disgusting the bathroom actually was - little left over hairs everywhere, pink mold in the shower, snot drops on the shower walls - So gross. Bedside table very clearly not wiped off, sticky residue. One of the dirtiest room's I've stay in but at that point with tired little kids, it was too late to ask to change rooms. Bed sheets seemed clean and trash cans were emptied, but that's about it. We literally all wore our sandals in the shower and in the room, didnt touch a single thing we didnt have to. Definitely won't stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Beds and pillows comfortable. This is our second time staying at the Avid hotel and since we had a very good experience the first time we decided to stay again.

Hotel is average, king bedroom is very small like a box, bathroom was dirty i couldn't even take a shower...hair and bugs on the floor and hair and dirt in the shower. Decent food options close by. Guy at front desk was nice.
