Great facility. Bathroom shower didn’t look cleaned but all else was sufficiently cleaned. Very spacious! Pool are was perfect with plenty of towels, comfortable chairs and access to the outside parking.

Don’t Book through Hotels.com !!!!!!

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay at Sleepinn because they had to cancel our hotel reservation due to their elevator not working and then didn’t even give the courtesy to reach out to hotels.com to get my refund. Even worst, when I had to reach out to hotels.com to request refund they declined the request and said the policy on my reservation was non- refundable. I am furious because the cancellation wasn’t even my fault and the front desk clerk was acting like getting a refund would be no big deal. I’m very disappointed with the lack of understanding from hotels.com. I will never book a hotel reservation through them again. And keep in mind it was so hard to talk to a real person about the situation. The only communication they gave me was through online texting and email even though I directly asked for a phone number so that I could have SleepInn call them and explain the situation themselves.

We stayed twice because it had super comfortable beds. It’s a good price for Hays. We were heading to and later from Kansas City. The place is clean. The night checkout guys are curt and apathetic. The elevator is worn out. Some of the doors to the hotel rooms have gaps at the top. I smelled marijuana in the hall. The breakfast team are personable and kind. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall a very meh place but a good nights sleep is most important when on a road trip.

Meh.

We arrived and our room smelled like weed. The room had no Linens for the pull out sofa and we had to go down twice to ask for them. The pull out sofa was so uncomfortable even our 5 year old couldn’t sleep on it. There were literal springs visible when we looked at it. It just wasn’t the nicest experience.

The rooms were nice and clean. The elevator was out of order, so very difficult going upstairs with luggage and being elderly plus respiratory issues. Stairs were filthy.

It was a fine stay. Bed was on frame tgat had bars sticking out on sides that could be dangerous. Breakfast lacked many choices, especially for those with celiac like our family.

Not what they used to be

We were underwhelmed by this property. I have stayed at Sleep Inns before, but it has been 20 - 30 years since my last stay. Prior stays were very good experiences but the quality of this property was on a different level, unfortunately in the wrong direction. Two positives: the shower was quite nice, with excellent pressure, and the breakfast had good bacon.

The breakfast was extremely snall and packed with people. By the time i got downstairs at 8 am, there was nothing left and nowhere to sit. I tried again at 8:30 , not even a bagel. Very disappointed 😞
