Property outside is very unkept with lots of litter. Room was dirty, damaged place on wall, terrible smell and no smoke detector. Got a second room and it was no better. When we came back to room after a wedding around 10:30pm, the room next door was playing loud music and the staff made no attempt to correct it. We ended up NOT staying the night and driving home!

smells bad and not clean

We have stayed here 3 other times because the beds are comfortable. This time was the worst- there was rust on our bathroom floor, a dirty used washcloth in the shower and sticky mess in the fridge. They were so understaffed, we waited in line just to ask a question and check in was very slow. The whole place reeks of weed now.

This is 3 rd time staying at this hotel in 6 months and the ice machine is still broken. The only ice machine available is on the 2nd floor. However we are senior citizens and we would have to climb stairs since the hotel does not have an elevator. I think at this point it is time to buy a new ice maker since the hotel is usually at full occupancy when we stay there.

Our room was not very clean, the surfaces had crumbs and there were hairs in the tub and on the walls. We asked the manager to changed rooms for us, he did and apologized, he was very clean. But, unfortunately the other room wasn't a whole lot better. Also, the lobby bathroom was dirty with black hair on the floor. The breakfast was very good, and completely stocked. The staff was also very kind, I just think they need someone that will clean the place better.

Hotel for unruly dogs!

If you like to be woke up to small dogs barking at each other outside your door this is your place. A huge German Shepard also lunged at my wife and starting barking at her in entrance to the vending area. So if like to walk down narrow halls with parade of wild dogs near your family, this is your spot!
