Luxury Condo with Incredible Lake and Mountain Views by Gondola

Welcome to our non-smoking, all-season home.

We invite you to make vacation memories in our condo cozied between lake and mountain on the sparkling Jordanelle Reservoir. Our condo is ideally situated for outdoor activities and shopping, dining and entertainment. PLEASE READ WHAT OUR FORMER GUESTS HAVE SAID ABOUT US IN OUR GUESTBOOK!

Ski Utah! Just five minutes across the highway is the DEER VALLEY GONDOLA. Park City and the Canyons are 10 and 15 minutes close. Sundance, Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin are 45 minsutes to an hour from us.

Come prepared to be pampered. Our condo is FOX BAY'S MOST PEACEFUL UNIT; it's on the ground-floor and tucked furthest from the street so you're surrounded by nature. Our 23-foot covered deck looks out over the Lake Jordanelle and mountains.

The heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and furnished clubhouse for gatherings are just down the walkway. On site are a fenced basketball court, playground, and gas grill with picnic area.

Summer activities are endless here, from river rafting, horse riding, trout- and fly-fishing and golf, to biking, boating, jet-skiing, free outdoor concerts, and fabulous dining and shopping.

Great location - loved the condo

We've stayed in this development a few times; we love the proximity to Deer Valley, and it's a short drive to Park City/Kimball Junction and Heber City. This condo had basically the same layout as the others we've stayed in; it's perfect for the two of us, and we had our son visit for one night. We'd stay in this unit again and would highly recommend to other couples or small families.

The place was excellent and exactly as advertized.Very convenient to the new east base area and parking lot for Deer Valley but only 15 minutes from Park City base.Jodie was great to deal with and very responsive. We would 100% stay there again.

Great option for skiing Deer Valley

We had a great stay at this unit, which was immaculate, well-equipped and exactly as described. The condo is less than 5 minutes from the Jordanelle gondola at Deer Valley, and about a 15-20 minute drive to Main Street in Park City. Beds were comfortable, no noise issues and the kitchen was well-equipped. Be aware there are some stairs to access the unit from the garage.

Perfect location for a ski trip

We enjoyed our 7 day stay at Fox Bay condo hosted by Jodie. She is easy to reach and provided a lot of information about the condo and the area. She also left us a bottle of wine which we thoroughly enjoyed. The condo has nice amenities and fully stocked kitchen. It also has a great Weber grill which we used on several occasions. We also used the jacuzzi which fortunately was open with restrictions. Another convenience is a. heated garage, WE would definitely consider staying at this condo on our next trip to Utah.

Ski weekend

It was ok. Good for the price. First Vrbo I ever stayed at that didn’t have coffee at least the first morning. Toilet was clogged and never fix, in fairness owner tried to have maintenance come by but didn’t tell us to leave the key in the lockbox so they weren’t able to get in. As a result of this only had one timer the whole trip. Garage was a nice thing to have. Main deer valley ski area was about 20mins away. The Jordanelle gondola is closer but didn’t use it.

This is a great location and nice condo. The decor is pretty dated and has some mold in the shower, but all in all is clean. The condo is on the first floor and the noise level is pretty bad. We could hear conversations from upstairs neighbor as well as constant stomping. Being able to hear people going to the bathroom is excessive. The gym was located on property and was very dirty. Hot tub is outside so bring a robe and shoes. On the positive side it is close to skiing, shopping, and lots of restaurants.

We rented this condo for a few days skiing in Park City. There were five of us and the condo had plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms are a good size and so was the kitchen. The sitting area is a little small but we managed fine. With the temperature set at 45 degrees when we arrived, it took roughly 3 hours for the condo to warm up. We used the fire to help keep the shivers at bay. The coffee machine is, in my view, overly complicated. A more simple model would be just as effective. The views are spectacular, and would be more so if there had been any snow! The only negative I saw outside the unit was the overflowing trash bin near the garage entrance. Very unsightly, they need to arrange a twice weekly pickup.

Skiing at Deer Valley

Condo could not have been closer to Deer Valley with easy access to gondola. Located halfway between Heber and Park City with short drive to both. Condo was fairly clean and well equipped. Perfect set-up for two couples; would stay there again. Owner was helpful with restaurant and grocery store info prior to trip. Only problem was getting into the condo -- we were given the wrong access code and had to wait for a call back from owner. VRBO rep was helpful in this process.
