The condo was better than expected, so beautiful. We loved the location because you are close to the highway and could get around easily. Also, we had trouble figuring out the lock on the entrance, but Nicola was fast to help and walked us through everything and we were able to correct our mistake quickly. If we return to the area, we will stay here again and recommend it 100%.

What's the best way to judge a property is to be a return guest year after year. Never disappointed. Very nice touches and super comfortable. Having access to the private garage was very nice after snowy nights. Host is super easy to work with. I will return when the opportunity arrives.

Family ski trip

We planned to hit a multiple Utah ski destinations and this condo was the perfect location to stage from. It's convenient to the interstate to reach Little Cottonwood as well as Snow Basin and a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley for restaurants and even more skiing. Great time, Great Venue

We had come to Heber City to see kids, grandkids and friends. My wife has had recent surgery and was not walking well. This single level condo was perfect for us. The views are great and the access was perfect. Our host Nicola Speranta was vey accommodating letting us stay an extra three days so our daughter and son in law could come over from Wyoming to visit. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a summer or winter rental. If the kids don’t build a bigger home we WILL be back.

The house looks just like the pictures. It is beautiful and in a great location. Enjoyed the quietness of the property and the proximity to the ski slopes. Check-in was easy.
