Best hotel ever

I spent 2 nights there . From the time I walked in the hotel I can smell the coffee Beans in the lobby. The price for the hotel is cheap . Free WiFi and free breakfast . Free lundrey. Best receptionists ever. She was trying so hard to help me. I love it

酒店服务不专业

因为从国外飞回来只有护照，9月25号16：10左右入住，酒店大堂经理硬是不让入住，说之前因为接受护照公安机关罚过他们300，所以只能接受公安部认可证件，我说护照也是中华人民共和国公安部颁发的，稍加理论他直接说旁边就是希尔顿，你有钱可以去那住，我们这小店不能让你入住。说实话我根本没有装逼的想法，大堂经理真心不专业，经过至少10分钟理论，他说打电话问问，进去房间等了至少再一个10分，终于让我入住。服务态度恶劣，当时有另外一男一女两个服务员在场可以鉴证，这个大堂经理态度差，不专业。 我预定时就是用护照登记的，其实你酒店真心不接受护照，请取消hotels.com接口，不要误导消费者，更不要确认之后不让住，更更不能说有钱可以住希尔顿。 酒店硬件还可以，地方在老城区，不算特别好。
