We had a good stay. The staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. We are dissatisfied regarding the charge for the breakfast. Firstly, I was under the impression that breakfast for 3 was included in our room booking charge. The hotel said no! But they insisted on charging €20 per day for each room i.e. their charge for 2 persons in each room. But we were only 2 adults and 1 child. Very unfair and probably not right. I do feel cheated! What a stay. Incredible. Great restaurant. Close to Funicular. If you're coming to Heidelberg, convenient parking. Staying anywhere else is a mistake! Book this hotel ASAP!

The hotel is quite lovely. Sits atop a mountain overlooking Heidelberg. Nice restaurant and bar. The funicular train to Heidelberg stops there. I wish I had brought a bike. Very popular for cyclists

Great hotel

Amazing hotel. Excellent service and very friendly. Views and location are fantastic. Rooms are very comfortable with stunning views. Would stay again. The food in the restaurant is a typical German beer Keller style and was great. Good service and tasty food.

Definitely a place to stay...

We LOVED this hotel. The location ia spectacular. We had a car so this hotel was one of few to offer parking. Getting there was a tiny bit challenging as you have to pay attention to the road signs to not miss the turns. Absolutely worth it.
