Toll für Urlaub mit Hund!

Toll gelegenes Haus mit tollem eingezäunten Garten. Mit Hunden perfekt. Dir Umgebung war wirklich schön, wir haben tolle Ausflüge gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Hunde geeignet!

Haus ist schön geräumig und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Zaunhöhe ist allerdings nicht geeignet, um gern springende Hunde abzuhalten. Terrasse muss etwas repariert werden. Nachbarschaft nett. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe! Hundestrand schnell zu erreichen mit Pkw und toll.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns alle im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die umliegenden Häuser sind leider sehr eng zusammengebaut, sodass man das Rollo herunterlassen musste um sich nicht in die Küche oder in das Wohnzimmer schauen zu lassen. Der Terrassenboden war leider schon sehr rissig und locker Schuhe waren beim Begehen notwendig. Da wir gutes Wetter hatten war unser Urlaub sehr schön.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Ein Punkt Abzug für kleinere Mängel ( fehlender Badevorleger , Dusche nicht gut behindertengerecht, Küchenutensilien waren für 5 Personen und wenn man selber kocht nicht ausreichend vorhanden z. b. Salatschüssel, zu kleiner Gefrierschrank . Haus war sehr schön dekoriert und die Lage war auch total super vor allem für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schnelle fahrt nach Fehmarn Danke nochmal für alles

Toller Familienurlaub mit Hunden

Tolles Haus und toller Service

Wir waren im August für eine Woche im Haus Baltic und waren sehr begeistert. Zum einen war sogar für fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder Platz, zum anderen war es mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Haus ist ein ebenerdiger Bungalow, was gerade für Familien mit Kleinkindern sehr angenehm ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, es gibt zwei Badezimmer (wobei eines leider nur eine Wanne ohne Duschvorhang hat, so dass wir morgens doch ein wenig Stau hatten) und ein riesiger Wohn-/Essbereich. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Außenterrasse mit einem riesigen Tisch, einem kleinen Garten und einer Garage mit allerlei Zubehör, das man benutzen kann. Darüber hinaus gehört zum Haus noch ein Strandkorb, den wir sehr gerne benutzt haben. Ingesamt ist das Haus toll ausgestattet: Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht. Für Kinder ist ein tolles Puppenhaus mit allerlei weiteren Spielsachen aufgebaut, Bücher sind vorhanden. Unsere Spielsachen blieben deswegen eigentlich weitesgehend unausgepackt. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir die wahrscheinlich zu Hause lassen. Sogar eine wii ist vorhanden, auch wenn wir diese nicht benutzt haben, weil in unserer Urlaubswoche tollstes Wetter war. Das Haus liegt etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt, d.h. man ist m.o.w. auf das Auto angewiesen (oder eben auf Fahrräder). Aber die Gegend ist dafür auch absolut ruhig. Im Vorfeld sind für uns einige Fragen aufgetaucht, die wir mit den Vermietern völlig unproblematisch und sehr freundlich per E-Mail klären konnten. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie für uns erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber, es gab ausreichend Hand- und Duschtücher (die auch schön farblich abgestimmt waren). Die Vermieter haben eine nette Zusammenstellung mit Tipps von Heiligenhafen zusammengestellt. Wahrscheinlich habe ich jetzt einige tolle Kleinigkeiten vergessen, die mich und meine Familie begeisterten - auf jeden Fall waren wir traurig, dass wir nur eine Woche da waren. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Genialer Urlaub

Über Pfingsten 2011 waren wir mit 3 Generationen im Haus Baltic. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung und die liebevollen Extras haben unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und bietet somit genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Toller Pluspunkt: ein Strandkorb, zwei Fahrräder ( eines davon inkl. Kindersitz ) und zwei Kinderfahrräder war über die ganze Mietdauer inklusive. Sämtliche Spielsachen, Bücher sowie die Wii-Konsole wurden intensiv genutzt. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, alles ist vorhanden - auch ein Grill kann bei guten Wetter auf der neuen Terasse benutzt werden. Wir hatten einen sehr abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Das Haus kann absolut weiterempfohlen werden!

Super Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten Ostern 2011 einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und unseren Eltern in diesem Objekt. Schon bei der Anreise fühlten wir uns durch die liebevolle und stilvolle Einrichtung wie zu Hause. Der Grundriss ließ auch den Großeltern Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kiinder hatten Spaß mit der vorhandenen Wii und wir hatten dadurch Entspannung und Ruhe auf der neuen Terasse. Es war alles für einen Ferienaufenthalt vorhanden und in einem Super-Zustand. Hilfreich waren auch die Informationen mit Tipps und Hinweisen zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Nur zu empfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem fantastischen Haus

Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und sehr gepflegt. Es wurde von den Vermietern mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckend sind auch die vielen Bücher (für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei). Das Haus bietet viel Komfort und war auch perfekt für unsere Kinder (Kinderspielzeug, Brettspiele, Bücher) ausgestattet. Die Betreuung duch die Vermieter war sehr gut. Danke nochmals an dieser Stelle für die netten Willkommensaufmerksamkeiten und die informative Begrüßungsmappe (Hinweise zum Haus, Restauranttipps, Freizeitmöglichkeiten etc.) Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet von Heiligenhafen und kann von uns voll und ganz weiterempfohlen werden.

Jederzeit gerne wieder !!

Wir haben uns im Haus Baltic sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war sauber!! Auch für 6 Personen gab es genügend Teller, Gläser, Besteck usw. Selbst unseren Kids ist es an manchem Regentag im Haus nicht langweilig geworden. Dank einem Info-Büchlein des Vermieters hatten wir eine Übersicht von Restaurants über Veranstaltungen bis hin zu Adressen von Ärzten oder Krankenhäuser. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell.
