This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen with 2 decks overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

Property was conviently located close to all of the restaurants and shops. The Pink pig BBQ is in walking distance and absolutely delicious. I loved how spacious the property was and the view from the bedroom balcony was great. I would definitely stay here again and maybe book a longer stay next time.

Fun family weekend

We stayed at the cabin over the 4th of July holiday. The location was wonderful and the cabin was well stocked. We loved having 2 king size beds (which were very comfortable), and 3 bathrooms plus a washer / dryer onsite. The gas grill was great for grilling out overlooking the river. Downtown Helen was a short walk and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. There were also some great hikes within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Fabulous little vacation

Property was clean and tidy instructions for check in and check out were well accessible and easy to follow all amenities worked correctly. My family loved the easy access to the river and closeness to town. Very walkable location.

The rental was immaculate and location was perfect. Only complaint was that we didn’t receive check in instructions promptly, were supposed to have received them at 3:00pm for a 4:00 check in time, but didn’t receive them until 4:45 after multiple calls and emails.

Cute little condo

This place is a great location in Helen. Its really close to the square. You can pretty much walk the whole downtown area. Parking is a little tight at the condo for larger vehichles. Overall it was a great experience. It was just as advertised and a quaint little Ithebags

Amazing!

This cabin was gorgeous! Beautifully furnished and clean. I received several communications from the property managers before my checkin and after my checkout. We arrived right as hurricane Helene was about to come. Someone called me to tell me that it would be in my best interest to move my vehicle. While the river did not flood, I very much appreciate it that they would care about my wellbeing and vehicle during that time. The patios and property were gorgeous too! Kitchen and dishes were clean, bathrooms were spotless. Extra towels were provided. Thank you so much for having us!

Condo was perfect. Very nice and super comfortable. Loved the two furnished balconies. Saw my first wild black bear right off the balcony. Really like the location because it is at the end of the tubbing route and you have the river to yourself. Thank you so much for such a nice place. Will definitely recommend and would like to return myself one day.

Nice place but lacking customer service

Property was great with location and access to the river in the back. The only part that could have been better was customer service as I was told 4pm check in to allow cleaners to clean and even it came to check in I tried to check in early but had to pay $25 an hour for anything early. If the place is ready to check in early you works think that you could allow early check in and not charge anything and just let the customer know that it’s ready when they are. Great place but lacking customer service.
