Have a memorable honeymoon, a romantic anniversary weekend, or a small family getaway in this beautiful and comfortable cabin. From the living room you’ll have easy access to the deck. Let the fresh mountain air wash over you as you sit back and relax, with a cup of coffee.

This lovely cabin has one queen bedroom with bath. and downstairs you will find the game room with a pool table. There is also a second full bath just off the game room. Netflix is available on the smart TV and a DVD player for those movie nights in front of the gas fireplace.

While there are plenty of great restaurants in nearby in town, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals in the cabin. The are both a standard drip and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Beautiful wood cabinets, full-size appliances, and plenty of tools will make whipping up meals and snacks a breeze.

There is also a propane grill outside, which is ideal for grilling up steaks and burgers on nice clear evenings. Take a break from it all with a memorable stay here.

Couples Retreat is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time pet fee of $75 + tax will be added if you bring your dog.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Couples Retreat is available to families or to guests 21 years and older.
• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles.
• Access: The road is paved up to the dirt and gravel driveway.
• Pets: Couples Retreat is pet-friendly and will accommodate one small dog under 25 pounds.
• Security: There are two security cameras at Couples Retreat. One on the front porch another in the back of the house facing the yard.
• Location: 10.5 miles to downtown Helen.

We had the best weekend staying at Couples Retreat! The cabin was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make breakfast every day. After a day of seeing the sights, we were able to come back to the cabin and relax in the hot tub and watch YouTube TV. We will be back!

The highlight of the experience was definitely the relaxing hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding. The surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The neighbors were a little closer than I anticipated, but it wasn’t too close.Another delightful surprise was the nearby Capyfriends Café, where we were able to meet capybaras, fennec foxes, and an armadillo.Barry was amazin, and made sure to check in on us to ensure there were no issues.

The bed was very hard but also somehow saggy in the middle, so my husband and I had very little sleep during our stay. There’s also a massive mirror on the wall across from the bed which is very helpful when getting dressed but slightly alarming when something catches your eye in the wee hours and it takes a moment to recognize it’s your own reflection. There was used soap left in the upstairs shower from previous occupants, and cobwebs in the bedroom corner. Otherwise, everything was clean. The written directions weren’t quite accurate, so we zoomed out on the gps maps on our phones to compare what we were being told to reality. Overall, the house had everything we needed, was in a quiet area far enough from the neighbors that we had privacy, and was a good value for the money.
