Just minutes from downtown Hiawassee, Ga. and a variety of fine restaurants, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds which features arts and craft festivals, car shows, and other numerous events and Anderson Music Hall where you can attend concerts featuring well known artist. There is a public recreation area which includes a sandy beach, picnic area, playground for the kids, tennis and pickle ball courts. There is also a boat ramp within a mile of the town home and space to park your trailer in my carport. There is a movie Theater for your fun and enjoyment and Brasstown Valley Resort and Chatuge Shores Golf Courses are only minutes away. Brasstown Bald is a 15 minute drive and Bell mountain, five minutes away, now has access to the top for spectacular views! Helen Ga which is a popular Alpine tourist resort is only 30 minutes away. Enjoy a variety of water activities on pristine Lake Chatuge with fantastic views! There are marinas that offer boat rentals for your enjoyment on the lake and restaurants accessible by water. There are attractions nearby including horseback riding, whitewater rafting, hiking, fly-fishing, waterfalls, panning for gold and digging for gems and local wineries. Make Hiawassee your one stop vacation choice and stay in this lovely town home and enjoy it's spectacular views of Lake Chatuge and the Blue Ridge Mountains with a gentle walk to a private boat dock. Relaxing !!!!

Everything was amazing. We decided to travel to Hiawassee for a long relaxing weekend and to see the fall colors, last minute booking. On our long drive, I was contacted by phone by the host Barbara. She just called me to make sure I had received the directions , code to the door and to call her if I needed anything with the rental. I have used a vrbo before but have never had a host call me, I was impressed. Upon arrival, everything met our expectations . The place was clean, well stocked and has an amazing view of the lake. Oh and the neighbors treated us like neighbors, not a guest in the house.

What A View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the townhome on Lake Chatuge. It was very clean and spacious for 2 couples. The kitchen was very nicely eqipped as well. The view of mountains and the lake were phenomenal. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

Beautiful Mountain Lake get away

Condo is immaculately clean well supplied, was my wife and I's second stay here. Beautiful scenery. My only down was after securing my open boat to side of dock a thunderstorm came and my little boat was filling up had to bilge pump out about 3inches of rainwater. After this a neighbor allowed me to dock under their covered dock. Did a lot of fishing. Great place to stay and unwind

Perfect Place for N Georgia Mountains

Everything about this place was wonderful! The view from the balcony of the lake and the mountains was amazing. In just a few days, we were able to visit Helen, Brasstown Bald, Clayton and Black Rock Mountain. Thank you to Barbara for providing a lovely mountain home.

Fantastic location! Gorgeous views of Lake Chatuge and a mountain backdrop. Enjoyed the outside gas fire pit to relax and see the beautiful sunsets. Cheers to the hostess for our comfortable stay.

Everything was awesome!

The home was well-equipped and beautiful. The location couldn't have been better. The views were spectacular. Barbara was available and extremely generous when my mom had a sudden illness and was hospitalized for 3 of our 4 day vacation. The hospital was more than an hour away. Barbara comped us an extra day so we could all get a good n6rest before our journey home. Thank you so much Barbara for that kindness!

Everything was great. Don’t recall mention of stairs. Stairs were a problem, as my bride has a bad knee. Showers desperately in need of attention. Mildew. Everything else was great, especially the water views!
