Uptown Getaway - Lovely Condo in Downtown Tuscany Villas

This lovely condo is located in Tuscany Villas, Alpine Helen. Rest and relax knowing you can walk anywhere from your getaway to enjoy the shops, activities and restaurants in downtown.

Unwind in the living room on the cozy couch, chair or grab that recliner before someone else does! Watch your favorite tv show, sports event or have a movie night with YouTube TV or ROKU streaming channels. Cuddle up on the overstuffed couch and flip the switch for a fire in the gas log fireplace.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, utensils and glassware that the chef of the group will be happy to find. There are full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, stove top and oven, as well as a dishwasher for your convenience. There are both a standard drip and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience, as well as a toaster. Turn to the dining area with comfortable seating and where there is plenty of room for guests to share a meal and conversation or play games and recap the day of adventures.

There are two king bedrooms upstairs, each with their own television. One has a bathroom with a walk-in shower only, while the other is has both a jetted garden tub and a walk-in shower.

Outside on the screened porch is a large table for al fresco dining and a gas grill, where we provide the propane.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Uptown Getaway is available to families or to guests 21 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles and parking passes will be issued.
• Access: The roads and parking are paved.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at Uptown Getaway.

It was a great place to stay. Lots of room. Very convenient to everything. The door lock and getting in was a little tricky. Had to do it a couple of times. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property. Stairs on the outside getting from where you park to the entrance are very small and somewhat dangerous. You can easily miss the bottom steps when going down. Very little lighting and the steps and landing are painted the same color. Also a problem with parking. We were required to display a parking permit in the window. We left several times, but when we came back all spaces were full. We had to park two streets over. We checked several of the cars parked in front of the building, at least 7 did not have permits displayed. Spoke to two people who said they parked there because all the public parking in the area was full and nobody was checking cars at this location.
