Hotel Nightmares

Unfriendly customer service, the room was covered in dust my allergies and asthma were going crazy, the carpet in the room had stains and gummy like spots on it. weird crusty splatter on the walls. our stay was for 3 days and everyday when we came back our keycard was deactivated and we'd have to go to front desk to get reactivated everyday. the 3 rooms surrounding us were taken up by a woman who did nothing but spank and scream at her kid, she'd leave her door open so the whole hotel could hear...at ALL hours of the day. in the late evening the whole entire hotel would smell of curry and other food smells. everyday we came back to our room it would smell of cigarette smoke. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone. It was hotel hell.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all

I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the bathroom in my room was filthy. The sink had toothpaste stains from someone else and the toilet had other types of stains from someone else. The shower had hair from someone else, so don’t think it had been cleaned at all. Thankfully the bed was clean, and the air con worked, and WiFi was good. I actually had a good sleep in spite of the dirty bathroom.

One of the filthiest hotels we have stayed in, outdated, and horribly stained carpet in the room. Nothing seemed to be vacuumed. Glad we only had to get a quick sleep and left.

This place is a dump!!!

To start, it took over an hour for the people with us to get checked in. Their room was disgusting with carpet from the 70’s. It was filthy and their room smelled gross. They also had a horrible mattress. Their experience was terrible. Our room had toothpaste all over the mirror. Our window was open all night and we didn’t realize it so the wind howled all night. Apparently there is only room service Monday, Wed and Friday. We were there Saturday. This is supposed to be a pet friendly place and I couldn’t find a stitch of actual grass to take my dog to the bathroom. The entire place is covered with weeds that are full of cigarette butts and garbage. I found an empty lighter fluid can etc. I had to take my dog next door to the next hotel over. My dog had the runs all of Sunday so I am assuming she got into something when I was trying to find a place for her to go to the bathroom. I don’t know that for sure, but she’s never done that any other time. I will never stay at another Super 8 ever. You couldn’t pay me to!

A last minute trip for Grandson and myself. The room was well maintined, offered exactly what we needed; a good bed and clean bathroom, quiet area... wholly adequate! Will stay again in future.

Not a good experience. That’s the nicest thing I can say the common areas are all very dirty and the room is not very clean either. The bed is very soft and the carpet is stained, and I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet.

The card wouldn’t unlock our door. No one is at the front desk. No toilet paper on holder. Toilet seat askew. Refrigerator made a loud weird noise. So we unplugged it.

The staff was nice asked for a room close to elevators for my elderly mom, got one. Decent bed but the toilet was so low I had to keep helping her to get out. I’m only 5’1 and it was low for me-also wouldn’t flush. Went to lay down for bed and there was a chicken bone on the ground next to the bed. No TV in the room. Really old and run down hotel. Breakfast was minimal but could have been worse. There is a reason why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Helena for sure. Would not stay here again.
