Slow check-in, poor water pressure in shower. Limited room facilities. Room was adequate otherwise. The area might be decent in a few years, but was 'up and coming' during our my stay in 2023

Space for improvement
Posted Oct. 4, 2023 on HotelsNo bin in room! Dishes that was meant to be hot at breakfast were cold! Iron bars outside room rattling all night due to wind, so couldn't sleep hardly at all cause of this.

We value your opinion.We sincerely want to apologize for your bad experience.Our hotel rooms we design to be very sustainable, and the idea was that there is a small rubbish bin in the toilet and bigger recycling rubbish bins in every floor next to the elevators for customers to use. But as the hotels first year has shown us, that there is a need for individual bins in the rooms too. Now we are in the look for bins that suit our hotels style. We want to create a wonderful hotel experience for everyone, and it's really sad that we didn't succeed this time. We are very sorry about this.

Clean hotel in great location. A room was small but it was plenty of space for one person. The bed was cozy. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Definitely will stay there again!

The Hotel AX was great - very cool rooms and helpful staff.
We didn’t find a ton to do right in the area of the hotel, but Helsinki is very walkable so it was still very easy to get around from the hotel.

We picked this Hotel because it was a good price and becuase it stood out from the rest by looking so Weird! And it did Not disappoint.
The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast included and they have a wonderful dinner menu as well. Very hand transport links. The tram stop is literally outside the front door and only takes about 10 minutes to get to the citt centre.
Will definitely be staying here again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The place was clean.
The location was super convenient, 20-min to most of the attraction points, a bit further from the airport though, luckily the transportation was super easy and affordable, as long as you leave enough time traveling to the airport, you are all set.
