Roaches in the room, mold in the shower, and a strong old/storage smell made the stay uncomfortable. I was in and out after arriving late that cold rainy evening and reported it the next day to the clerk on duty. At checkout on the third day, I spoke to Janette like I was told to, but she didn’t seem interested in helping. Not rude, just dismissive and too comfortable blaming the situation on me instead of fixing anything. I wouldn’t stay here again. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness and customer care.

The area is bad and the smell inside the room was also terrible. Cable tv was out of the picture the ppl next door were either smoking inside or doing some high level drug. Everything was sketchy. Stay at your own risk…

The second room was smelling cigarette, too,the bed comforter and bathroom sink was with cigarette marks ,outside aspect was dirty in the first room they gave me in front of the door in the floor was a lot of broken glass ,the window was crashed l asked for another room l weren’t feel secure lm stay over there just one night
