Tracy’s Downtown Cottage was designed for the guest who appreciates a beautiful interior, lots of sunlight, and the convenience of being close to many wonderful places in the area.

Delightful green ivy frames the two steps up to the porch with a special door and lovely patio furniture for you to share your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The living room provides the perfect place to gather on the long cushy couch, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, side tables, lamps, and TV. The fireplace is not operable, thank you.

Central AC for your comfort on hot days.

This is your time to leave the world behind, truly unwind, and reconnect with friends or family.

You’ll be happy to have plenty of great lighting for reading, too.

A Smart TV in the living room and primary bedroom allow you to watch your favorite shows and more with your Netflix Roku code.

You will feel the warmth in the kitchen with plenty of light and a great table and chairs to enjoy your meals and morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The kitchen provides a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and all you need to prepare your favorite dishes. (please note there is no dishwasher).

The primary bedroom on the main floor offers a King bed, bureau and closet.

The bathroom on the main floor has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, also located on the main floor, provides a Queen bed, bureau and closet.

The main floor bath feels like a spa with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and stunning vanity.

The third bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a Queen bed and its own spacious bathroom with double sink vanity, full tub/shower, toilet, and plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.

Upstairs also provides extra, unique spaces. A desk for catching up on some computer work perhaps, and another area offers a quiet space with table and chairs for puzzle or game time. The game cabinet includes many favorites.

Step outside the house and stroll down to the corner of Bearcat Blvd & Church St. There you will find a casual Italian Restaurant, Verri’s, a favorite of many locals.

You’ll discover many other eateries downtown with over 20 to choose from, fine dining to casual to a popular pub. Stroll in and out of a wide variety of specialty shops on Main St.

Be sure to stop in the Visitor’s Center (under construction) for the inside scoop from the friendly volunteers there. Or ask Julie, your host, for ideas to make your stay in downtown Hendersonville one of your most memorable, treasured getaways.

This sweet home has a special place in my heart. My mom and I always wanted to purchase this cottage together and enjoy it as a mother / daughter getaway.

A year after my mom passed away, it was FOR SALE, and I decided to buy it and renovate it on my own. I think my mom would love the way it turned out, and there are even a few special things of my mom’s in the cottage.

Now I would like others to be able to enjoy the cottage and celebrate special occasions with friends and loved ones, just as my mom and I had planned to do.

It was such a joy for us to return to your beautiful downtown cottage. It is so comforting to return to the cottage after a long day and feel right at home. This place is a little slice of heaven right here in Hendersonville! Your attention to detail is amazing. I must add that I have never stayed in a place where everything is as sparkling clean as it is here. This cottage absolutely holds a special place in my heart! P.S. We had dinner at Verri’s Italian Restaurant. It was delicious … and a bonus that it was an easy walk from the cottage!

This adorable southern cottage was immaculate! I have never stayed someplace that was so perfectly clean (even the basement). The beds and furniture were comfortable (we slept like babies). Everything we needed was there. Close to so many things to do. We will be back!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. So well appointed with tons of sweet touches. Beds all had nice mattresses, everything was incredibly clean, the house was easy to find and access from town. We had the best time and would definitely come back!
