Beautifully remodeled 1960's ranch style home with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home has gorgeous hard wood floors throughout with tile bathroom floors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a roomy shower, custom tile backsplash, and a gorgeous marble double sink vanity. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds and flat screen TVs. The 2nd bathroom has a custom marble tile tub/shower combo, travertine vanity and tile backsplash with lighted mirror. The large living room has a custom rock fireplace (not usable), beautiful large bay window, large flat screen, and 2 large couches. The bonus room has a 70 inch smart TV, 2 large couches, foosball table, air hockey/ping pong table, checkers/card table. Beautiful pool table in a room with electric logs fireplace. There is a beautiful private inground pool and large area to relax with a propane firepit, large table with umbrella, gas/charcoal combo grill. There is a screened in sunroom with pool views. The pool is open during the warm months, usually mid May through September. The home also has a large front patio with plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the view and peace and quiet. There is a large grass area to the side of the home with a wood burning firepit and a beautiful gazebo with amazing Blue Ridge Mountain views. While our vacation home does have satellite internet it is located in the country so speeds may be slow at times especially during bad weather.

During the late spring, summer, and early fall months we will need to come up and clean the pool once daily usually between 7:00-7:30.
We will enter through the pool gate as to not disturb your vacation. Unless a deep cleaning is necessary we should be fairly quick.
While our vacation home does have satellite internet it is located in the country so speeds may be slow at times especially during bad weather.

We had a great stay. The house is in a quiet area, very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We used the master bedroom and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bath towels are very nice. We used the game room most evenings. Pool was very nice. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 10/10

Nice large home, the three bedrooms and two baths, outdoor space, game and living rooms make it easy to spread out and enjoy the company of a group! The pool is an added bonus in the summer months
unfortunately our stay followed some very wet weather in the area and the dampness of the home wreaked havoc with one of our members allergies

We are so glad we chose this house for our vacation with friends. Although the weather was less than cooperative, the home provided plenty of entertainment opportunities with the game rooms for competitive events and porch sitting areas for quiet time with a book or watching nature. We braved the pool only a few times when there was a break in the rain. It is clean and well maintained. The house is ideally located for exploring the area—Hendersonville, Asheville, Chimney Rock and DuPont Forest. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and we enjoyed having a grill as well. The hosts are extremely welcoming and responsive. The check in/check out process was easy. We will recommend this property to friends or family visiting this area, and will definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Perfect Home for our Trip

We enjoyed every aspect of this house. The game room with the giant television was our nightly hangout, and, or course, the salt water pool was amazing! If we go back to the Asheville area, we will definitely stay at this home again.

Amazing!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! It has a beautiful setting and scenery. The home is beautiful and has everything you need! It was perfect for a graduation celebration. The pool and the game room were a hit for kids of all ages! We loved the beautiful open field, and played several games of wiffle ball! This place got all the teens off their phones and they actually interacted! lol!Thank you, to the owners. We will be back

Just what we needed

Very comfortable beds. Super-nice kitchen. Lots of space to spread out or to gather. We had a lovely visit. I love how private and tucked-away the house is, but then you can walk out to this open meadow with the firepit and gazebo and see the rolling hills and pastures. Lots of games to stay busy. It was too early to use the pool but we thought we might like to come again later when it's warmer and swim too. The big hall bathroom was nice. Everything was just lovely and spacious.

Very good and success trip

"Super" aside from the fact a hurricane came thru and left the area with damage to trees our visit was what we needed as parents whose children do not live nearby. The house was wonderful. Differently a house for all seasons. We found great peace. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay and felt it was a very comfortable setting. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was clean and comfortable. Sitting on front porch was very relaxing. Only negative was we were looking forward to swim in pool and found it was not heated and therefore very cold.

House and property was great. Gazebo in the field beside the house with a firepit nearby. The host was fantastic as hurricane Helene had gone through a few weeks before so we were in a lot of communication leading up to the trip. Highly recommended. All adults trip but would love to bring my kids back.

Very good location to get to Asheville

Our stay was eventful to say the least AND Steve and Maria were ever so helpful after the hurricane came through. They even suggested to get a hotel room Thursday night and come back on Friday. We elected to stay which we were glad we did after all the flooding. House was very clean and gave us space to spread out. After trees fell and blocked the driveway they came Friday and cleared the path for us to get out Saturday morning. We would go back against n for sure.

Awesome House, Amazing Owners

My husband & I stayed here for two weeks and didn’t want to leave! We loved everything about the house and the location was central to everything we wanted to see in the surrounding area. We’ve been renting vacation homes across the US for over 20 years and this was hands down the best equipped kitchen, along with the most amenities, not to mention all linens were provided at no additional charge! Relaxing, Fun week

Family trip with 2 teenagers and this place was perfect. Loved the pool and the game room. Plenty of space for everyone to get alone time too. Kitchen was well equipped and owners communicated well. Loved the pinball museum in town- must see for any game lover!!
