Great stay by the port

Easy process to check in. Comfortable bed. When I thought there was an issue, the owner came immediately to show that Al was good. Really appreciate the early checkin also.

Hard to find but once there it is awesome! Great seperate parking right beside the building. Super clean and modern. Self checkin is great. The only downside would be the lack of restaurants in the immediate area. If you are not afraid of walking then you will be ok.

It was too bad we only booked one night.

What a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! We dropped our luggage early in the morning, and took a 12.5 hour tour before returning. It was really too bad we didn't get more time there, because it was so pleasant. The shower was outstanding, and larger than most in Greece. It was quiet and a lovely place to stay.

Newly updated and renovated, within walking distance of city center and tons of restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. And pretty quiet except for the occasional chicken lol.

I would absolutely stay here again. Wish we had more time to stay in Heraklion. It was the perfect place to stay and convenient to tourist attractions. You won’t be disappointed. Yiannis was also super helpful!

Good suite in a good location with some issues.

The suite itself is great, spacious and comfy. Location is good, requires walking to places. WiFi worked well and their recommendations on things to see, ear and drink were good in the town. However, the check-in process was awful and I had to do the chasing to get the details to access the property which is strange considering they had my details! I think the place is setup more for AirBnB rather than a hotel/guest house, they should make this easier to get given the info, asking me to message a random number to get the details isn't ideal. The suite is not soundproof so you will hear a lot of random noises and planes going overhead which takes away from the relaxation and could disturb your sleep. Balcony I didn't use but doesn't look out onto anything nice so didn't use it. There is parking for about 5 cars, but you could park on the street although it's crowded so maybe difficult. Overall, it was a good stay, just needed the whole process more streamlined.
