Central Art Maisonette by Estia is a 100 sqm. house, located in a quiet area of Heraklion, very close to the Palace of Knossos and the Hospital. The center of Heraklion is only 10 minutes walking distance while the nearest beaches, Karteros and Ammoudara, 7-10 km from home. It can easily accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who would like to spend their holidays in Heraklion exploring Crete, but away from the vibrant center.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room with a double sofa bed, a fireplace, a flat screen TV with streaming service and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessaries (4 cooking rings, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.) and a W.C
The upper floor accommodates 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160*200m) and the other with 1 semi-double bed (140*200m) and the master bathroom.
