The cottage Anne-Kathrin is located in the Seestraße in Bansin in cultivation to the Villa Inge Lotte. Thus, it is very centrally located and offers by the location in the annex also peace to relax and unwind. A car parking space is available directly on the property and belongs to the house. Restaurants, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, post office, boutiques, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The wide sandy beach is about 300 meters away and very spacious.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. It is a Non smoking home, but on the terrace also for smokers an ashtray ready.

The holiday home has free Wi-Fi and was renovated in 2017, most of it newly furnished. It offers enough space for 6 people.

After that you get into the dining area with a nice big table and a big mirror. Next door is a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Jan 2018 new), coffee machines (1 classic filter machine, 1 ital. Espresso maker for stove, 1 Ikea metal filter pusher ..) Kettle, toaster, high quality pots and pans and a lot of dishes and glasses and sharp knives. Spices, oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, etc. are usually available and are filled by the holiday guests as needed. The adjoining living room has a 42 "LED TV with cable, DVD player, a small stereo system with CD and for the cold days and thus the romance is not too short, there is a fireplace, which can be fired with wood if necessary. Firewood you get in the about 300 meters away supermarket. The entire ground floor is tiled with terracotta and equipped with underfloor heating. This room is especially popular with teenagers and offers plenty of space and retreat. The two upper floors are equipped with light laminate flooring. The bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine (May -2018 new) large mirror, make-up mirror, hair dryer and underfloor heating is located in the 1st. First floor between the two bedrooms.
The temperature of the living rooms and the bathroom are controlled by a floor heating and in the bedrooms radiators are appropriate for the individual sleep temperature.
All bedrooms and the dining area will be equipped with smoke detectors from 2018. There are a total of 4 smoke detectors in the house.
Directly on the property there is also the parking lot belonging to the house and there is a bicycle shelter for all guests of the total of 6 cottages.

Bansin is one of the 3 imperial baths and is very well developed for tourists. The environment is perfect for nature lovers, families with children, romantic couples, friendly families, people with special needs ... The sandy beach is very wide and made of fine Baltic Sea sand. The shore falls off very gently, so that it is well possible for infants to try the first swimming attempts. Directly behind Bansin opens the cliff with a beautiful beech forest and many paths. In the east you can reach over the more than 10 km long promenade or along the beach to Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck to the Polish Świnoujście.
