The cottage Anne-Kathrin is located in the Seestraße in Bansin in cultivation to the Villa Inge Lotte. Restaurants, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, post office, boutiques, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The temperature of the living rooms and the bathroom are controlled by a floor heating and in the bedrooms radiators are appropriate for the individual sleep temperature.
All bedrooms and the dining area will be equipped with smoke detectors from 2018. There are a total of 4 smoke detectors in the house.
