Tolle Lage

Die Angaben des Vermieters stimmen mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zusammen. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es leider nicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem bewohnten Mehrfamilienhaus, das wahrscheinlich auf Grund der Bauweise sehr hellhörig ist. Man hört deutlich die Stimmen der Nachbarn. Was uns verwundert hat, das es sehr unangenehm im Treppenhaus immer nach Abwasser gerochen hat. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage, gefiel uns aber die Unterkunft, daher kann man das ignorieren. Weiterempfehlen würden wir die Wohnung aber nicht, da für diese Ausstattung leider viel zu teuer.
