A new construction whole house rental with four bedrooms each having its own private bathroom with shower. Everything is brand new from the furnishings , decorations, to the appliances. In a quiet neighborhood approximately one mile from downtown. Have a larger party rent the property next door and enjoy the amenities of both places. A security device covers the parking area and yes, the trolley will pick you up out front. If you want something that’s clean and new, this is for you. Just opened October 2021

Perfect accommodations for 4-couples. We all had our own bathroom, king sized beds. Enjoyed the fire pit. Very clean. This was our second time staying because everything was nice, clean and a good location. Would highly recommend. See you again in a few years for our next friend’s reunion.

Property was amazing! Super clean, well designed and decorated. Only thing I would change or add is a couple comfortable chairs in the living room. It has 2 couches that seat 6 people comfortable but we had 8 people. There are stools which are nice but needed/wanted chairs with back support. But loved the property.

Bachelorette party

8 of us found the house very comfortable and clean. The 4.5 bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to get ready without running into each other. Coming into and leaving town was easy since we are very close to town and most of the wineries where we can drive ourselves or ride the trolly!

Perfect weekend getaway

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway to Hermann. Close to downtown and perfect locale to easily get on and off the trolley! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. Huge plus having a bathroom with each of the 4 bedrooms!!!
