Just 2 hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Deauville-Trouville, 10 minutes north of Lisieux and its basilica, and only 5 minutes from Cerza Zoo, enjoy the peace and quiet along with exceptional panoramic views over forests and meadows where magnificent horses graze. Perched on top of a hill, the cottage is set within a 3-hectare property where a private Nordic sauna experience is also available.

The “Pâquerette” cottage is a comfortable, bright and carefully decorated house. It features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room (always handy for laundry), and a separate WC. Upstairs, a corridor leads to two bedrooms (one with twin beds and the other with a double bed), a bathroom, and a second separate WC.
Outside, you will enjoy the entire surroundings of the property along with a large private garden. Outdoor games, a barbecue, and a pétanque court are all at your disposal. A secure storage area for bicycles is also provided.

Enjoy a peaceful stay with access to our private Nordic sauna area, available by reservation. Designed as a natural wellness retreat, this health and relaxation space is entirely dedicated to rest and wellbeing.
You will have access to:

a 4-person sauna, ideal for deep relaxation, with the choice between a dry Finnish sauna or a humid steam bath — both experiences are possible.
a Nordic shower with suspended bucket, for an invigorating and authentic experience.

This new wellness area is available as an optional extra upon reservation.

From your windows, you may catch sight of unusual creatures from the African savannah at the nearby Cerza wildlife park. Right on your doorstep, you have direct access to numerous walks and marked footpaths.
At the foot of the property flows the small river La Paquine, a tributary of the Touques. Clean and refreshing, it is directly accessible from the cottage meadow.

Pets are our friends and are welcome upon request, including horses. We provide secure paddocks with water supply and shelters. It is also possible to increase the accommodation capacity to 6 guests by combining the stay with the neighbouring “Pétale” cottage.
