It was clean, beautiful windows in room. dead bolt did not work, but there was a chain lock. Upon check in, the young lady was very thorough but could have used a smile! Not real welcoming. It was a nice stay for the price.

We hope you enjoyed your stay despite our old fashioned look. We have kept the motel's original design since the owner opened the motel in the 50s-60s. Thanks for staying us!

Mattresses were comfortable. Service was convenient. Staff very friendly. Close to Hershey park.

Tube que pagar otros 100 dolares a parte de lo que ya habia pagado... al principio crei que me lo reembolsaria pero no fue asi ... no volveria nunca a ese motel

We apologize for the misunderstanding, Yomel. The 100 that was collected from you at check in was the security deposit, it only places a hold on 100. We did not have reason to charge 100 as you left the room undamaged. Therefore, the hold expired the day you checked out, please check with your bank if you have not recovered the 100. We hope this clarifies the misunderstanding and hope you'll stay with us again.

It was ok

My shower was either cold or blisteringly hot. The water pressure was not great. Mattress was okay. Staff interaction was pleasant. People kept slamming the door to go to the outside all hours of the day and night.

Hello Robert. Were incredibly sorry to see you didnt enjoy your stay here at our humble little family owned motel. We genuinely try our best to create such a pleasant, warm, welcoming, and enjoyable Guest Experience that they continue to stay with us every return trip to Hershey. We even have long time return guests that will go out of their way to make the drive to stay with us when they are passing thru PA on their ways to to other destinations. Which is why it disheartens us to hear you were anything less than happy with your stay. If we had been aware of your concerns during your stay, we absolutely could have moved your room to a quieter location and ensured that your shower water was more suited to your needs. We hope that you"ll consider giving us another opportunity to earn a more positive review/rating from you and to turn you into one of our many happy, returning Guests. Safe Travels until then and Happy new Year!
