Short break at Torquay beach.
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe Apartment was adequate but tired and in need of updating. Some spots hadn't been cleaned properly eg cobwebs round the window in the bathroom and door bottoms. We had to kill roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. This was compensated for by the warm welcome, the great location and the especially helpful manager.

Extremely spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony, full kitchen and living area. Very deceiving from the outside as it looks like a tiny motel room but inside it's amazing. Quiet area.

A full roll of toilet would of be great to start with not less than a 1/4 of roll

Friendly check in, close to beach and lots of restraints. Has a lovely balcony

Didnt like the
Publié le 12 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThe stay was alright. But kitchen intensials was dirty. Once the toiletpaper, laundry liquid, washing up detergent was empty. You HAVE to buy your own. The lady was at our door telling us fo departure right on 10.00am and i DIDNT see her do it anyone else on there stay.

Yes we provide enough to laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper to get you through a short vist 2 nights after that They are self contained non serviced apartments, I am sorry the kitchen utensils were dirty I will have a word to our cleaners about double checking those items, I did come to see you at 10am check out time and although you may not have seen me do it to others I do chase everyone who has not left at ten to check out as our cleaners are waiting by then to get in and do there jobs. I am sorry you felt badly about the service but it was as advertised a self contained unit with check out at 10am

This property is in a convenient location. Roomy, great kitchen.
Bigger pillows would be a bonus. Bed was comfortable but pillows too flat.
