Situated in a brand new estate “Azure”, the house is designed with coastal vibes. This cozy pad is perfect for families & professionals alike. We offer plenty of amenities, ensuring practicality and comfort for our guests, creating a true home away from home experience.

The space
Nestled in a prime location near shops, hospitals, and the beach, this brand-new three-bedroom house emanates fresh coastal vibes from its contemporary color palette and decor. Each bedroom is modern & comfortable, with the master boasting a king-sized bed and a spacious walk-in robe, while the other two rooms offer queen-sized beds, all complete with built-in robes.

The main bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, and vanity. The ensuite complements the main bedroom with its modern shower, toilet, and vanity. There's an additional separate toilet in the house for convenience.

Step into the cozy yet spacious lounge area, and let the 55-inch smart TV entertain you, perfectly mounted on the wall and paired with unlimited Wi-Fi access. Adjacent to this space, a nice dining area, accompanied by a dedicated desk space – a wonderful addition for traveling professionals, long-stay experts, or tradesmen seeking a comfortable workspace.

There is split reverse air conditioning systems installed in the main living area and also in the king bedroom for our guests comfort. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. All rooms also have nice block out blinds for days when you want to have a bit of a sleep in!
