The room had no drawers to store clothes, no shelves in the wardrobe, not enough hangers, no spare pillows, only two bath towels , shower over the bath which had high sides making it difficult to use. No information in the room

Excellent view, no breakfast lunch or dinner options as everything in the precint closed for 2 days over the christmas break, nothing within walking distance ( Dissapointing ).Could not get internet to work in room in spite of many attempts and calling reception..

Short one night stay, gap stopover. Funny part- the lift wasn't working, God knows for how long, so we had to lug our luggage on the stair case to 4th floor. That's not one pays to find an account in a 4 or 5 star rated hotel.Disappointing.

Basic clean, nice location. Comfortable bed. A few items in disrepair or dated. The one elevator did not work a fan was difficult to get working and one door handle broken.The staff were all friendly and helpful.
