Trop cher pour les prestations offertes

Les bungalow dans la végétation
- aucune intimité : chambres accolées et murs en carton, aucune insonorisation
Sanitaires très basiques et seulement 2 lavabos, 2 Wc et 2 douches pour tout le complex : c’est insuffisant, on doit souvent revenir ou attendre pour utiliser les sanitaires car c’est souvent occupé
Mauvaise literie
Chambres très sombres à cause de la végétation et qui auraient besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement.

Thank you for your feedback. The location of the Woolshed is convenient for a walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Not all rooms are sharing the main bathrooms and we do have another shower and toilet in the kitchen block. The facilities can be busy during peak hours, eg before and after tours, otherwise the facilities are fit for purpose. For an extra 25 per night you could have had your own private bathroom and avoided any wait.We are set on 1 acre of lush tropical gardens and this is definitely one of the highlights of staying at the Woolshed, the majority of guests love the relaxing atmosphere of our gardens but maybe our property was just not the right fit for you.Safe travels.

The lodge was lovely. We had a double room ensuite The only negative was the noise. The lodge was a light build and not very sound proof. Could hear the sounds of flushing toilets and moving objects

Thank you for your feedback Carina and we're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Woolshed.We are aware some of the wall could have better insulation however we are a budget offering and our prices reflect that. There are plan's under way for some major renovations which will address this inconvenience.

Lovely atmosphere, but noisy room above
Publié le 12 sept. 2023 sur HotelsLovely atmosphere. Room 12 - there is a room above, noise travels straight through, they were very noisy from 6am. Ceiling fan needs repair, only the highest speed works.

Quaint eco friendly lodge
Publié le 20 août 2023 sur HotelsThe room was small but very comfortable & quaint, with a nice en suite, comfy mattress & heater Unfortunately the noise from other guests was the cause of a very restless night. Room 12 was where we stayed. Would stay again but potentially in a different room. Checkin was friendly & helpful.

We're sorry to hear other guests did not respect our request and continued to be noisy. We can accommodate room requests if you should choose to stay at the Woolshed again.
