Stunning mountain top panoramic view getaway cabin

Welcome to this thoughtfully remodeled cabin in beautiful Hiawassee, Georgia. Immerse yourself into jaw-dropping panoramic views of Lake Chatuge and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Secluded mountain life balanced with great shopping, restaurants, and outdoor adventures less than ten minutes away.

This property was designed to gather, recharge, explore, love, work remotely and inspire.

As you ride down the driveway you will be wowed by the view you will enjoy during your stay. Outside, relax by the firepit area to take in the views and spread out with your group. Unwind on two levels of decks facing the lake and mountains. Grill out, sip away, dine, relax in the hot tub and take in the mountain air.

As you enter the home, you will experience the open-concept ground floor with kitchen, living and dining room. Dining table seats six and there are four bar stools at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is completely stocked for your cooking or baking adventure. Grill utensils are also available. The decor is a fusion of abstract meets farmhouse and industrial. To the rear of the house on the main level is a master bedroom suite with a queen bed, a large full bathroom and laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom one has two queen beds and a desk area for those working remotely. Bedroom two has two twin beds with a TV. And Bedroom three is the second master bedroom and boasts a million-dollar view. A large open concept queen bedroom with a working area for the remote professional, including a private balcony to get away from the crowd and take in the sunset or morning fog. A remarkable way to wake up. Each bedroom is adorned with a window seating nook thoughtfully designed for "me time.” Take in the view of nature on your own time and enjoy a good book or meditation.

The home is accessible with a keyless entry. An entrance code will be provided before your stay. Parking for 4 cars is available in the driveway. The driveway also fits boats and campers.

The WiFi is lighting fast and ready for your remote working hiatus in the mountains. Video Call & Stream Movies with ease.

The house is pet friendly with a gated deck and yard to let your furry friends roam free. Please clean up after them though. Nobody likes poo.

'Smores anyone? Firewood & Smores kits provided to help your group bond around the firepit on a lovely mountain evening.

For those guests traveling with an infant, a pack-n-play is available in the laundry room.

The Hot Tub is emptied and cleaned after each guest. This means, it is possible it was just refilled right before your arrival. Please be patient as it heats up. The hot tub is set to 104 degrees and will continue to run until it reaches the proper temperature, at which point it will shut off. For optimal performance, please keep the hot tub covered whenever it is not in use. If you are visiting in the colder months, the hot tub may struggle to get to max temperatures. Also, if you only are booking a one night stay, we cannot promise the hot tub will get up to temperature for you on your first night. Message me directly if this is a concern.

Mountain top quiet residential neighborhood, just off the beaten path from Hiawassee and Lake Chatuge. Less than 10 minutes to town, lake activities, & great hikes. 20 minutes to breweries, vineyards, and golf.

Gorgeous property

This house was fantastic! At first it seems small and quaint, but it is giant! Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and we loved the views from the deck, it was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this property! Absolutely Wonderful

We've stayed here the past few years and it is such a wonderful time. We have stayed with our two young children, and it is definitely family friendly! Then, when the kids are off to sleep, enjoy some nice relaxing time to yourself by the fire, in the hot tub, or just watching the sunset on the porch. Nick, the host, is exceptional and has put a lot of thought into the entire experience. We've loved our trips here, if this home is available for your stay, BOOK IT!

Great cabin with a Beautiful View!

My wife and I were looking to get away in the North Georgia mountains for a few days. We've rented cabins many times over the years and usually get less than what was promised in the write-up or the posted photos. However, that was not the case with this cabin. Everything the owner Nick stated on the site was on point. Large area to park four cars, plenty of sleeping space, well appointed kitchen, tastefully decorated (actually a crime to call it a cabin) very clean and probably one of the best views we've ever enjoyed during our stay. Nick thought of everything to make our stay relaxing. Other than bringing up our own food & wine, we didn't need anything else. I'll end with great communications. Nick was easy to reach and VERY responsive. We have shared photos with family and friends that this is the 'cabin' to rent if you're coming to this area of Georgia. Since we're only 2 hours away, my wife and I will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home to Alabama. Nick was an amazing host for us and made sure we were completely satisfied and had everything we needed. We never met Nick but he felt like an old friend. The home was perfectly decorated with many extras! We enjoyed the amazing coffee choices and the kitchen was fully stocked. The cabin was perfect, view was incredible and host was very courteous. No complaints. I traveled with family and everyone was comfortable and had everything needed. We traveled for Thanksgiving and appreciated the extra touches such as the dining table being decorated for the holidays. Definitely recommend staying here.

A place better than the pictures!

To start out, if you’re looking for an absolutely gorgeous view in Hiawassee, this place looks beautiful in the pictures, but don’t be fooled: IT IS STUNNING! There’s a beautiful view of the mountains and very little light pollution if you like looking for constellations on a clear night. The home itself is so lovely, everything has been updated nicely. The appliances are updated and we loved the gas stovetop. In addition, there’s a cozy and easy to use fireplace that we used nearly the entire time we were there. The furnishings were comfy, the beds we amazing, and the bathrooms were also updated and clean! There was a ton of room for guests, but even traveling with two under two years old, it was incredibly child friendly! Overall, the home is very well taken care of, and there is a lot of heart put into it. Aside from the amazing property, Nick, our host, was hands down one of the best we’ve rented with. He is very friendly and has taken so much time to put together this home. You can tell he takes pride in making your stay pleasant. He was very easy to communicate with, kept in touch frequently as needed, and made everything so comfortable for our family. This is our second time in Hiawassee, and I won’t stay anywhere else when we return. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

The view really is lovely! We liked the style of the house and we were especially big fans of the upstairs bedroom with a balcony overlooking all the trees and water. And the swinging bench by the firepit was great, too. We loved that it is located so close to a variety of hikes. There's a marina right down the main road, too. The host is very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend giving this spot a try!

Great Get Away

The pictures are true. The house has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated. Nick was very responsive. The views were incredible. Don't be alarmed when you first turn on Frog Pond Rd. Go a few hundred feet to get beyond the junky part and then be careful on the way up and down. Very curvy and steep. But then what would you expect with outstanding views of Lake Chatuge. The home was very comfortable and well stocked.

We were only there for 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. Nick has done such a great job renovating this house and you can feel the love. It is so comfortable and relaxing. We lacked for nothing as the house was the well equipped. The views are amazing! We had our dog with us and the house was so welcoming for her too with a gate on the deck and a fenced play yard. The View will take your breath away

The view is as my title says. Truly spectacular. Especially from the upstairs bedroom's large windows. Nic did a great job with this house. Very nice inside and checks the boxes. Only thing is with the climate controlled ac, it can get a little stuffy in there. However, we will reserve again.

Perfect mountain getaway, with a modern touch

We loved our stay at this updated and well appointed mountain home with terrific views. Everything was as advertised, and our host was very responsive and helpful. We came for the views, but really appreciated the clean, simple, and modern decor. It was a welcome departure from the rustic log cabin and bear theme that seems to be so prevalent in mountain rentals. The property had everything we needed for our weekend stay and was close to the best that hiawassee has to offer. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay!

We had such a great time at this cabin! AMAZING VIEW! Beautifully appointed, the modern industrial touches all over gave the place such a cool, yet still warm and cozy feel! Plenty of room to spread out and the fenced in area for the dog was so convenient. Kitchen fully stocked with all we could need and that AMAZING coffee maker was such an unexpected bonus. Already asked my husband for one for my birthday. A lot of great little towns within a half hour in all directions. Nick was very attentive and responded so quickly to all questions asked, even helped me book an additional day last minute. You did an amazing job renovating this charming home, Nick! Thanks again. For future renters: don't hesitate booking this place! I'm sure in the Summer it's even more fun with all the activity on the lake!
