The staff, room and hotel are very nice, but there are cars racing back and forth on the road right outside every Friday and Saturday night. So jarring and loud it was impossible to sleep until around 2am when is started to die down a bit. We really needed to sleep and it was incredibly frustrating. I’ll never stay in this area again.

My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. Every other aspect of my stay was extremely positive, and hte young lady who on staff at checkout was friendly, professional and did an excellent job.

Positive: Staff was friendly. Main lobby nice. Negative: Room and bathroom was small. Bed (King) was extremely loud. Every move either of us made during the night woke the other one up. Ac wall unit wouldn’t keep temp. Walls thin so we heard every movement in hallway, above us and through walls. Shower hardware loose. Shower temperature would burn you out but sink temperature never got hot. Not worth money. Check out was at 11… cleaning staff was knocking on our door as we were getting ready for the day at 9:15am. Checked out and stayed across the road following night.
