We travel frequently across the south east. This hotel was head and shoulders better than any others. The first thing we noticed was the crisp clean smell when entering the room. The breakfast was great with waffles, biscuits and gravey and fruit choices! Since Covid most hotels only offer minimal offerings. Would definitely stay here again!

The room we had, (a double Queen on 3rd floor) was as clean as we keep our house. The staff bent over backwards to help everyone. The hot breakfast was incredible and different every day, included with stay. I would highly recommend this hotel in Franklin to everyone.

We'd read a mix of reviews on this property. However, our experience was that the negative reviews have no merit. This was a great place to stay in the Franklin area and everything about this stay was excellent. The only caution I would offer is to be careful turning into the road that leads up to the hotel as it is at the crest of a hill. The staff at this hotel made us feel very welcome and there were a number of excellent perks at no cost. The breakfast was generous and among the best I've ever seen at a free breakfast hotel. They also had grab and go bags for breakfast on the run. All of this was at no cost. We will definitely stay at this location again.

1 lady and her 1 little dog on the road again.

The staff are friendly attentive and on it!! So clean and I mean deep cleaning everyday I watched for 4 days and let me tell you when you witness an employee on her hands and knees cleaning a base board and elevator walk pad I was impressed! Breakfast was great minus eggs over cooked omelets and the sausages all under cooked yes BROWN THEM DUDE or DUDET lol all serious great clean hotel and breakfast was yummy . Bed hard as a rock only flaw I bought air mattress laid on top made it 4 nights while in Visiting my friend. Great place great people

THE scrappiest, unprofessional, poorly trained desk clerks we have EVER encountered during our many, many years of travel. Hotel grounds in poor condition, coffee cups sitting on parking lot guard rail, beverage cup in the parking lot driven over by cars and smashed to pieces the ENTIRE time we stayed at the hotel. USB ports on nightstand do not work and light bulb on room built-in apparently burned out and not illuminated. Without television for two days with no notice or explanation of outage to hotel guests, no 'Thank You" for staying at our Hampton Hotel upon departure. Hotel handyman that looked like rumpled, scruffy and disheveled. This hotel needs renovated and entirely new staff needs to be hired. Will definately stay in Airbnb or VRBO on our return visits. VERY disappointing, but so predictable from Hampton Hotels anymore. VERY SAD!
