Experience the best of Highlands from a peaceful mountain retreat!

Our charming split-level cottage offers the perfect blend of secluded tranquility and convenient access to downtown Highlands. Nestled on a heavily wooded lot 150 feet above the main road, you'll feel completely away from it all while being just a 10-minute walk (less than half a mile) from the first restaurants and shops.

With a comfortable 1500 sq ft of space, our cottage comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

Upstairs:
The main level features a cozy living area with seating for six, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 50" 4K TV with a Roku for all your streaming needs. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime a breeze. This floor also has two bedrooms:

Downstairs:
The lower level is a private, separate space accessed by an outdoor staircase. It includes two more bedrooms and a full bathroom:

Perfect Locatiom

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at your cozy cottage! We have been coming to Highlands for several years and this was the first time that we rented a home. The location could not be any better! Your home was cozy and adorable. I would highly recommend Tally-Ho to anyone looking for a special place within walking distance to downtown.

Adorable mountain cabin

Property owner’s communication and willingness to help was top notch. The cabin was cozy and very clean. It was a perfect place for four girlfriends to have a weekend away. And being able to walk into the cute town of Highlands was a nice bonus.

Sweet Little Retreat

Perfect retreat close to downtown! The place was great for what our family needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, super convenient to everything, and very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Highlands.

Perfect location for our fall break

We enjoyed our first visit to Highlands and are so glad we rented your house. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. The house is perfectly located for hiking and going into town. It is also well stocked for anything that you need during your stay and very comfortable.

Charming home

We stayed at Tallyho for three nights(4 adults). It’s a lovely home located close to town in one direction and waterfalls in the other!. It’s very clean and coZy with seemingly new appliances in the kitchen. Comfy beds! We especially enjoyed watching several humming birds visiting the feeder on family room window! Will is a very responsive host. A great property!

Perfect Highlands house, quick walk to town

Tally-Ho was the perfect spot for a long weekend with our family. It was a very short walk to town which was nice with a stroller, but also had the feeling up tucked away in the mountains with a beautiful view. The amenities at the house included everything we needed (kitchen appliances, hairdyrer, comfortable living space, etc) and more (highchair and great fire place). Will made communication and check in and check out very easy and flexible, which we appreciated traveling with a small baby. We would definitely want to rent Tally-Ho again with family or friends any time of the year!
