The property is run down ,our toilet was crooked and ran all the time we had to turn off it's water to sleep and the mattress was totally worn out, lumpy and rolled you in to the middle

Just beware if you need coffee in the morning there is none available until 6:30 (and the coffee is very poor quality). Breakfast is poor. Bed had a broken spring. Most, but not all, of the front desk people were very friendly. Will not be staying there again.

The staff was polite and friendly. Hotel was conveniently located to the downtown area so we could walk everywhere easily. I wish the pool would be open earlier in the morning since checkout is 11 AM. Opening the pool at 10 AM did not allow the kids time to swim before we had to leave in the morning.

Excellent Service. I was on a bike trip. They allowed me early checkin. I accidentally left a charging bundle for all my devices. They mailed it back to me at no charge. I would stay again!

The King room that I was offered didn’t have elevator access. Had to switch to a double bed room to have ADA access. Property wasn’t busy. Coffee maker in the room was broken. The door we were supposed to use to access our room didn’t work half the time. Basic breakfast. Pros: can easily walk everywhere to shops and dining. Was quiet to sleep and felt safe.

When we checked it we were told we had to take a room with no elevator access on the 2nd floor. We are retired and in our 60’s. He finally agreed to a handicapped room with elevator access. I tried to access Wi-Fi to read on my IPad but could not use in our room. I spoke to the front desk and he said that happens in corner rooms.
