Located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head Elegance awaits you at 1 Baynard Park.

Mere steps from the 12th hole of the famed Harbor Town Golf Links, this home has everything needed for the perfect family vacation or a golfer’s getaway.

Upon entering the home, you will see large, open spaces with spectacular views of the pool deck and lagoon. The dining room, kitchen and living room have fantastic lighting during the day and allow for everyone to be in on the action. The dining room table has seating for 8, with an additional 5 bar stools along with a breakfast table that can seat 4. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal. The kitchen has a wine cooler, large refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and microwave. You may even cook outside on the propane grill. The living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV, and views of the pool deck.

There is a second, formal living room as well. Perfect for quite space to relax or read! The back yard is one of the best features of the home! The pool deck is a large multi-level deck, pool has an attached spa, several lounge chairs, dining space, and a lagoon!

Inside, the 1st floor hallway leads to the powder room, laundry room and the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom boasts a 4-post king bed, workspace overlooking the pool, a flat screen TV, and private primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom has double sinks, glass shower, and jacuzzi tub. Up the grand staircase there is a 2nd floor den equipped with a desk, a small balcony, and tons of natural light. This area works as a perfect work location for those “working from home.” Off the den, the 1st guest bedroom features 3 twin beds. On the other side of the stairs is a bedroom with two full sized beds with access to the area’s full bathroom. The next guest bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The last guest bedroom in the main house features a King bed along with its own private bathroom. To recap, upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms!

We must go outside for the remaining bedroom over the garage! The garage is attached to the home by a covered breezeway. Above the garage is a full suite containing 2 twin beds, a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. There is additional seating at a pub height table and chairs, as well as a full bathroom. Located in the garage there is a ping pong table to complete a fun filled trip to Hilton Head. 1 Baynard is located off the Harbor Town Golf Links, just a 6 minute bike ride from Harbor Town, the beach and the Shops at Sea Pines.

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years. Great location, quick bike ride to the beach, close to Harbour Town. Plenary of room for the 11 of us without being on top of each other. Everything exactly as it was described.

Lovely large home! Beautifully decorated! Large rooms and plenty of space for the 10 of us! Great location! 15 min bike ride to beach .. same for the Salty Dog Restaurant and Harbor Town! Super response from rental agency! We had a problem with the pool and they immediately took care of the situation! Terrific home!

Perfect Family Vacation

Fall break with lots of family! This property is great. Plenty of room (we had ten adults and four children under seven years). We didn’t feel crowded. The house was very clean. The pool was big and easily seen from the back of the house. Property management was prompt with response to our questions. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

Family Beach vacation

Every few years, our entire family (13 of us) take a summer trip together. There were 8 adults and 5 kids ages 5-11. This summer, we chose Hilton Head’s Beachside Getaway. Communication was great from day 1. Check in process was very easy and the house was actually ready early! The house is very large and beautifully decorated. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The house is at a great location-really close to everything. When we went to the beach, we took a short drive to get on a Trolly
which was never crowded. I received a message shortly before arriving saying that the deck had some soft boards and that caution tape was put down for added protection. It appears as though the wood hadn't been treated for quite some time, so we picked out many splinters over the week. It will be so nice when the new deck is done! It still didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool/hot tub every day. We had a wasp nest form while we were there, and a worker was quickly sent to remove it. Can’t say enough about how great the communication was. Very close grocery store, but we also got Amazon deliveries during the week as well. Check out process was very easy compared to some homes we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation Home

My whole family enjoyed the space this house has. Two spacious sitting areas a large kitchen and enough seating for all. The house was very clean with individual bedrooms & bathrooms. Many great memories were made including a 24th wedding anniversary and a 50th birthday. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Mother’s Day Getaway

I arranged a surprise getaway for my better half. I needed a place that was roomy, quite, and closet to shopping and the beach. This was the prefect place. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless and well stocked with the necessary kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms accessories. The backyard is a gorgeous just to relax and hangout. I highly recommend this property. Hats off to the owner, property manger, and staff!

Great Fall Island Vacation

1 Baynard Park Rd is a beautiful, roomy and well stocked property perfect for family fun near the beach. It's located in the heart of Sea Pine located close to both Harbour Town and The Salty Dog. There is lots of space to gather, cook, eat, and swim.

We’ll be back!

1 Baynard Park was absolutely everything we’d hoped for, and more. It was beautifully designed and decorated, clean, and spacious enough for 4 couples to visit, play, and eat together, and to have their privacy, too. We loved the pool and spa, and enjoyed watching the resident alligator(!) in the lagoon from the rear deck. We rented bikes and rode the extensive Sea Pines community bike paths; went to the well-groomed, wide beach near the clubhouse; shopped at Harbour Town and South Beach Village; celebrated a birthday at Truffles Cafe. We all hope to come back sometime soon to experience more island activities and to stay at this beautiful house again!

Nice house, terrible communication

Nice house enjoyed it. However the house was not ready at 4pm. The refrigerator leaked the whole time in the garage. The cleaning people left bottles all over the place. They never did tell us there we beach towels until the last day. I had to call about the code to get In the house and the ap you must download. They just need to get the processes and communication better. I expected way higher service for the monies paid.

Family getaway

We had 11 adults and 3 small children. The kitchen was amazing and the decor beautiful. The kids lived in the pool/spa. I highly recommend this house
