The condo and entire complex is older but seems well maintained. We had enough room for five teenagers and two adults. The dining table was perfect for game nights after long days in the summer heat. The pool is directly outside the sliding doors which was a pleasant surprise. The floors could have been cleaned better before our arrival and although we swept daily it would have been helpful to have swiffer pads or some other type of mop available to keep the floors cleaner so bring what you might need to keep the beach sand and pool water off the floor. The manager was wonderful and super responsive. We had a great stay.

Awesome VRBO in Hilton Head Island

The accommodations were supreme as well as location. The only negative was the noise from children upstairs who were constantly running loudly from early morning.
