128 Dune is just steps away from the glimmering Atlantic Ocean! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private *heated pool has a prime location in North Forest Beach. Beautiful hardwood flooring in the living room, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and coastal chic furniture are just a few of the upgrades. The bathrooms have been completely redesigned with custom tile, quartz vanities, and new light fixtures. All the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, and the living room is outfitted with a 60-inch flat-panel TV. Natural light radiates into the living room, making this the perfect spot to relax indoors. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with 5 comfortable bar stools. Access to the large deck is just off the living room, offering additional dining space. Located on the main living level is the king master suite with a private bath. The master bathroom is outfitted with a gorgeous custom tile walk-in shower. The queen suite on this level has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. An additional master bedroom with a private bath is on the 2nd floor.

This beautiful home offers expansive outdoor living space with its large wraparound deck and covered porch. This amazing outdoor space, combined with all the interior upgrades, makes this North Forest Beach home a true gem!

Property was clean, the location is fantastic. Right by the beach and minutes from tons of dining and other things to do. 3 full master baths and 1 half bath, pool was really nice. Kithcen was spacious and furniture was nice.

We loved 128 Dune Lane! I have stayed in many different parts of HH, but this was our favorite. The house was advertised, and the location was perfect.I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping us create great memories!

If you like mold, no AC and a dirty looking pool


Location and high ceiling in the main room were the only positives. The HVAC is not good, kitchen is old, there is mold on the walls and ceilings from lack of ventilation and while the bathrooms have been updated, there was hair all in the showers.

Thanksgiving Break

This property was in an excellent location right next to the beach (2 minute walk) and a short walk (1 mile) into town where there was a grocery store, restaurants, and lots of shopping. The house had everything we needed and the bikes were an excellent addition and very helpful. The property needs some maintenance, especially outside, but the furniture was comfortable and nice with the exception of the beds. The beds were not comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful beach vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation for 3 couples. Bedrooms are perfectly placed for privacy; common spaces were great for gathering. Nice pool and decks/balcony. One minute walk to beach. Cruiser bikes were great for beach riding or nearby paths. Grocery and liquor store a mile away with other options within 5 miles. Absolutely loved this place!!

Great location with easy beach access, Pool was great and very relaxing after a day at the beach, great evening dips. TVs were great and we were able to enjoy the Olympics. The rocking chairs were a nice place to unwind with a glass of wine.

Nice home..great location

The house was nice and clean on the interior, appears to have been recently updated. We were a bit disappointed with the exterior..pool decking cracked and stained, deck and house just needs minor repairs and paint.. Pool was green and wasn’t serviced until our 2nd day, which was apparently due to the hurricane the week before and pool service was behind. We found the property management company great to work with and very responsive. The location was on a quiet street and very close to the beach..would choose this location again.

Kitchen is old and needs updated. The upholstery and area rug in the main room needs cleaned or replaced. Dirty and stained. Was very disappointed. The best thing about the house is location otherwise it’s just “okay”.

The perfect property

My wife and I brought our two kids and their spouses back to HHI after an eleven year hiatus. HHI is just as perfect for a family to get away and enjoy time together. As for this property, everything from the location(1 row off beach)to the pool and outdoor sitting areas, it was all amazing. The interior of the house is nicely decorated and maintained. Plenty of extras like the bikes, beach chairs and games. The Vacation Company was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Property

This house had a great location and was very clean! The included bikes and beach chairs were an added bonus. The only issue we had was that our pool was not cleaned on Saturday and was green by Monday. We called the vacation company multiple times requesting it to be cleaned starting Tuesday morning. No one came until Wednesday late afternoon. Unfortunately, this left my kids with no pool time for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hilton Head Girls Trip

We absolutely loved this property! Clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the ocean. We had so much space and it was nice to be able to spread out. All of us loved having our own rooms and bathrooms. It was also wonderful having access to bikes and beach gear. Loved having a pool to float around in also!

Great location, beautifully furnished, social floor plan.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was well laid out and easy to interact with. The rooms are well furnished. We loved having bikes that we could ride out onto the beach along the sand. It might’ve been nice to have a couple of cooking necessities like a bottle of oil, salt and pepper, but the stores are nearby. The people at Vacation Rentals management company treated us very well and we’re very responsive. I would highly recommend this home for vacation.
