We had a wonderful time staying at 13 Duck Hawk! The location is perfect in Sea Pines, quick walk to the beach or ride your bike just about anywhere. The updates to the house are modern and beautiful. We had two families staying with preteens/teenagers and there was plenty of room. Having bikes with the house is a nice touch. You definitely need to rent beach gear. There are no âtoysâ, chairs, etc at the house. We misread the listing and did not realize that. Overall awesome place to stay!
Several clarifying questions went unanswered in the week leading up to our arrival.There did seem to be mold present in several places inside the home. Just fyi.
The home exceeded everyoneâs expectations! We had everything we needed and plenty of space to roam around. The location also couldnât be beat as we walked along the beach several times a day. I appreciate the owners making this wonderful property available and look forward to returning in the future!
We couldn't ask for a better rental property (house, pool, cleanliness, proximity to beach.) After 48 years of renting beach homes up and down the Carolina shores, this was the absolute best. It was such a pleasure not having to spend hours cleaning the house after the "cleaning" crew left. It was obvious that both the owner and rental agency anticipated all the renters needs. Many thanks.
