Love this house and the location. Easy for kids to ride bikes to Coligny. Vacation Company was extremely responsive to all requests. Bushes on outside stairs to pool need trimming back from where you walk. Screen on porch needs to be attached to door and to one panel.

The home was wonderful for our week long stay. Furnished well, easy to check in, clean, location was.perfect for walking to local food, shopping and activities. Access to the beach was perfect also. A few boards on the upper deck and beach access were loose and should be looked at. The rocking chair slats were broken on one chair but outside of that, the home was perfect and we'd definitely rent again in the future!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location, the layout , the cleanliness, the beach and the view! We had a small problem with the smoke detectors chirping, but the management company responded very quickly and took care of it. We will definitely stay here again!

The hosue had everything we needed and the location was fabulous! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and couldn't keep the kids out of the pool! Some updates have been done to the kitchen and bath but it looked like the master bath was only half done. Some of the showers are odd sizes. The rooms are good sized and lots of seating options for lounging and dining. The downstairs great room was very spacious but we didn't spend much time there because of the seating options. Would be great if there was a big couch or sectional. The main door doesn't lock from inside and doesn't have a pool alarm, which if you have small children is a little worrisome. Overall we had a lovely time and check in/chcek out was seamless.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was everything it said it was! Just a few things I wish we had a little more information on but overall
We LOVED IT!!! We loved how close it was to everything. Only a couple of blocks from Coligny Plaza for shopping and eating out. We vacationed the last week of October so wasn’t sure how the weather was going to be, so we opted to heat the pool and what a great idea that was. Although the weather was perfect (mid-high 70s) we were in the pool most of the day and into the night. The house had pretty much everything you would expect for a rental, but definitely take note of the supplies to bring, for instance salt and pepper, cooking oil, extra trash bags, and a bottle of cleaning spray should be on your radar of things to bring. They do offer dishwashing liquid as well as dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, and cleaning sponges and towels, but there wasn’t a spray to wipe things down with. Vacation towels galore!! They provided plenty! And added bonus, there was a Kuerig there for all the coffee pod drinkers. We really couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot this year. Just a heads up, landscapers, trash collectors and pool cleaners will be coming on the property to maintain and clean at VERY early hours in the day. Overall a GREAT VACATION spot!! Hope y’all enjoy as much as we did!

Wonderful location and view

Our family loved sitting on the screened in porch in the mornings. We did not expect the window AC unit in the basement bedroom, and the basement shower drain was very slow. We loved the location and walking to the Coligny shops and restaurants.

Great family place

This was a great beach vacation home for the family. The home was beautiful and right on the beach. I do wish there were some precautions around the pool; the door downstairs has no deadbolt, so we have to put a piece of furniture in front of the downstairs door to make sure that the kids could not get out to the pool unsupervised. There was also some miscommunications regarding the cost of the heated pool fee, but once I got the right people on the phone, they were helpful and great to work with. They were also very responsive when we had a question while on property. We would definitely stay there again!

Great view + location.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our time. The home was well maintained and clean. The first floor is exactly as others have stated, not really two bedrooms. You have to walk through one to get to the other. No closets in either. Our 4 boys made the best of it. The 1st floor living space has seats but no couch, would be a nice addition. The second floor bedrooms were plenty big with lots of closet/space. All the bathrooms were basic and only one bedroom has an ocean view. All as is in the description and on pictures. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Vacation Company does a nice job of providing starter sets for the essentials. The screened porch was the best part for coffee and shade during the day. The pool deck caused a few splinters throughout the week, lots of frayed pieces of wood need to be sanded or replaced. The four bikes were a great addition for easy access to Coligny. We primarily used the street beach access. The private ramp was crowded with palm trees and slippery. You're definitely paying for the view, location, and pool. It's nothing fancy but but definitely enjoyable! We would rent here again!
