This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse is located in the heart of Harbour Town. Decorated in bright, whimsical colors this villa is sure to please! This end unit townhouse with spectacular marsh views offers plenty of privacy. The main living level hosts the kitchen, dining area, living area, as well as a bedroom outfitted with a queen bed and a twin bed. This bedroom accesses the bathroom located in the hall. Upstairs on the second level are 2 additional bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms is outfitted with king bedding and en-suite baths.

Access to the back patio is off the lovely dining/living area. It is the perfect spot for bird watching and enjoying the afternoon sun and grilling out on the gas grill. This villa is ideal for families and golf groups.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Location and size of this villa are amazing. The company was easily accessed if in need of anything. The toiletries provided are a nice addition. Kitchen could use a few extras, such as hot pads. We would recommend this property.

Summer vacation 2025

Excellent accommodations. Our family loved the 3 bedrooms and ample sized living room. The views of the marsh are excellent. The proximity of the pool made it great to spend all day there. We also enjoyed the wildlife (deer, birds, bunnies, crabs) that visited us daily.

Relaxing Nature

The location was perfect for us!We biked quite a few times. We went to Harbourtown and also to the Salty Dog.Every morning we woke up to deer outside our door, along with rabbits and birds; it was magical.We loved having the three “master “bedrooms, each with their own bath, as we had all adults in our group.The starter gifts of shampoo and kitchen essentials was perfect as it got us through the week. We really loved your Villa and we will be back!

Great location!

We stayed for two weeks. The location is close to Harbor Town. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. The patio was private and backed up to a marshy area. We were visited by 3 deer each evening. We hope to rent here again.

Loved the house and location! Everything was wonderful with one exception: the two bathrooms with tub/showers. The high side of the soaking tubs and glass enclosures made it difficult to access. Had to share the walk-in shower in the master with guests.

Perfect location and townhouse

The location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Harbour Town and about a 15 min bike ride to the beach. The townhouse was in great condition, comfortable beds, right next to the pool and beautiful marsh views. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

5 STAR PROPERTY!!! 😃

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. This villa was absolutely AMAZING, from the location of the neighborhood to the location of the unit. Situated on a tranquil tidal marsh with a wide array of wildlife and stunning sunsets, yet steps away from a very nice community pool. The villa was beautifully decorated in a coastal theme and had everything our family needed and more. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the temperature of the unit remained at a constant pleasant temperature. The ice maker kept up with our needs which was a pleasant surprise and the clothes dryer was extremely efficient. I just can’t say enough positive things about this property and would not hesitate to rent it again. A true gem in Sea Pines!

Superb Sea Pines Beach Condo

This property is exactly as advertised. It is nestled next to a marsh and is steps away from the heated community pool. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for our family and kids. They even had beach toys for use and toys for the kids. The location was close to the beach and the Harbour Town area was a short walk away. Plenty of beach towels were also included! The check in was easy and the parking passes made it easy to access the Sea Pines Resort. There were also plenty of amenities (linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies). 5/5, would stay here again!

Great Stay Near Harbour Town

We have stayed at a number of Stoney Creek condos over the years and this was by far our favorite. The condo is an end unit with the extended floor plan that feels very private. The view over Deer Island is great and we even had nightly visits from the resident deer population. The condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The Vacation Company is very responsive to any needs and did a fantastic job with our mid-stay cleaning. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent introduction to Hilton Head

We stayed at this property during the first week of May, for our first trip to the Hilton Head area, and could not have been more delighted with it. The location was perfect for a quick walk into Harbour Town via the bike path, and the unit was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed watching the changes in the tidal marsh throughout the day from the living room. The layout of the condo is welcoming and well-suited to relaxation; we would happily stay here again.

Great property

This is a wonderful townhome. The marsh view from the outside patio area is a great place to sit and enjoy the quiet. I even had 2 deer that would come up to visit. The townhome is well stocked and very spacious. I arrived the final day of the Heritage and had a hard time getting to the condo but the person on call for the Vacation Company that I rented through was very helpful. Sea Pines is my favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. The biking trails are wonderful and it's nice to be near both Harbor Town and Salty Dog. I would highly recommend this townhome.

Not a place to stay.

The condo was very nice looking however there were items missing in the kitchen that should have been there. Many of the utensils were mismatched, the knives seemed as though they had never been sharpened, and we had the impression the owners did not care. It appeared the owners made the facade look good for photos, but the kitchen cupboards were old and cheaply held together with 30 year old utensil trays. However, what bothered my wife and me the most was the cleanliness of the unit. It was very dirty. The carpets have not had a good wash this century and both of us had filthy socks walking on the carpeted floors. We would not stay there again.

The villa was way better than we expected for the price! We were in Hilton Head for our daughter’s wedding and the unit was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The Vacation Company did a great job with the description and photos! We would love to go back ASAP!

Great stay

This is a great location. You can walk to Harbor Town. It is only STEPS from the pool! This was a major plus with us. The pool never got “too” crowded. We had an issue with the A/C not working one of the days and there was someone out to fix it in 45 min and he was done fixing it in about 15 mins! I was impressed! We would stay here again!

Great trip

Great location near Harbour Town. Condo is right next to pool and very private. Pool was a little too warm given the heat, but the condo was really nice. Note that several of the plastic bars on the refrigerator door shelves were falling off when we arrived and so the shelves could not be used. They need to be repaired.
