**Breakers 320**

This charming third floor villa offers beautiful Pool &
Ocean Views and a Private Balcony. The Breakers Villas
are just steps away from Coligny Plaza, which offers
more than 60 shops and restaurants & the ever popular
Tiki Hut. This villa is ideal for a couple or a small family
who enjoy spending the day at the Beach or the
Oceanfront Pool. The Breakers # 320 features a Queen
bed in the Master bedroom with wall mounted Flat
Screen TV plus the Living Room offers a Sleep Sofa and
additional Flat Screen TV.
**Pool is heated Oct 1 thru May 1. Free WiFi.** ** There
is NO Landline in this villa, guests are advised to use
their cell phones if necessary.

Perfect for a small family! Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and everything was as described! We couldn’t have asked for a better location being steps away from the beach (especially traveling with small children) and convenience to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, cozy, and though small, it worked great for our family of 4 for the week. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was also a huge bonus for us! Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed here at the Breakers several times over the last few years. Can’t say enough for the convenience of Beach, Food & Entertainment for a great price! Hosted well, clean and easy to get in and out of! Highly recommend this location!!

Perfect location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Breakers is in a perfect location. The unit is clean and we loved the shower. There aren’t many thrills with this unit, but it fit our needs. There is no electronic lock so a physical key must be picked up from the property managers office. Not a huge issue for us, but might be useful info in the listing. Bikes were sadly not included with the unit but property managers made it easy to have bikes delivered. Overall, would recommend and stay again!

320 breakers was so wonderful and offered the perfect beach vacation. the location was exemplary. it is right on the beach in a wonderful area, and there are oodles of places to eat within walking distance. (and more than oodles with a little drive) the condo was very clean and pristine. it is not brand new, but that suited me perfectly. no technology challenges! also, there were no noxious smells, just fresh and clean. my only complaint is the mattress. too soft. i hope it is updated soon, cuz, in my book, it would then be perfect. thanks a lot. it was the best of vacations. i. hope to return again asap!

Last minute vaca

The location was great! It needs some updating for sure but it was clean overall. The check-in process is antiquated. Having to physically drive to the real estate office (10 minutes away) on a crazy Saturday afternoon to pick up a key was very inconvenient. I was enjoying a day on the beach and had to fight my way through traffic at 4:30 instead of just receiving a passcode to the unit. No extra trash bags provided so be sure to stop at the store. Remote for the TV in bedroom doesn’t work; minor inconvenience.

Fabulous view!!

We loved our stay! The view is awesome, had breakfast and sat on the deck most evenings to look at the beach! The condo is perfect for 2 or a small family. There is one elevator working to bring your stuff up, but taking the stairs was helpful for us! We rented bikes and rode the beach multiple times, we played golf. The pool is really nice and it's an easy walk to the beach. Being close to Coligny circle is great because you can walk to piggly wiggly and there is shopping right there, as well as music most nights. Sea Turtle getaways was very easy to work with. We needed a couple minor things done, and they sent the maintenance guys right away! You have to have a parking pass which is great, and they have a parking attendant there to make sure only people staying in these condos park there. There is NO OVEN, it's on the site but know you have to be creative with dinners. There is a great microwave and toaster oven. Our stay here was spectacular!

Great location, walking distance to lots of great places. Condo was very clean and worked well. The only complaint (like some other reviews) were the mattresses. The master was not great and the pull out couch was not ideal either.) Other than that, this place was perfect! The management company was great to work with as well.

Misleading

I don’t like to complain but this was a bit much. There were no elevators first of all. I broke my roll around cooler trying to get it up three stories. It was just me and my daughter and there was no way we could carry it. Carrying all our luggage etc up and down three flights was not fun. Also they informed us the washer was broken a week or so before check in but assured us they would pick up our laundry twice and do it for us and return it. They never did. So I’m going home with two loads of dirty laundry to do. The price was fair and the ocean close but I would have chosen another property if given the chance.

The location, you can't beat. Everything is within walking distance from the beach, shops, dining to grocery. The actual villa 320 was not ideal in terms of cleanliness. The air ducts were visibly dirty and moldy. The bathroom floor behind the toilet was caked in urine causing mold and black spots. The shower curtain was moldy. We also noticed a blood stain on the comforter. The staff corrected the comforter and air duct issues, however I would recommend they talk to their cleaning staff. Under the couch was disgusting and the couch itself was in terrible shape. We found out a few days prior to arrival the laundry washer was out of service as well.

Great location, minor issues

Location was perfect for our little family. The condo was not as clean as you would expect for the price point, but many places are suffering from the effects of Covid and that was apparent all over HHI. Management was great, flexible and for the most part easy to get ahold of. One major issue was in the middle of our stay, some people showed up to replace the washer and dryer. Which sounds great! But 1. No one notified us in advance, 2. They didn’t finish in the 2 hours we were gone because the new W/D did not fit. 3. They then came back later to put the old W/D back in but then left al kinds of dirt, debris and prices of molding all over. My 9 month old and 3 year old were not able to nap and it was a huge inconvenience on that day. 4. When they reinstalled the old W/D, they didn’t connect it all properly and we ended up taking home sopping wet clothes. When we tried to call the office at the end of our stay to let them know everything, they never answered and never returned our voicemail.

Great time in Hilton Head!

Loved our stay! Condo has a great layout and a great view! Peaceful and quiet. The covered parking was a nice surprise. Comfortable furniture, tv & internet worked well once we got the remotes figured out. Wonderful location w restaurants, grocery & shops right next door and across the street. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets need replacing as they are very worn with pilling. AC worked well. Sea Turtle personnel were friendly and helpful. A great vacation, affordable, and we’ll be back!
