This custom-built home in Palmetto Dunes offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Just a ten-minute walk to the beach, the home is spacious, meticulously maintained, and designed for families and friends to gather and relax.

Inside, the entryway opens to soaring fourteen-foot ceilings, a formal living room ideal for quiet conversation, and a formal dining room with seating for ten. The great room serves as the hub of the home with its high ceilings, built-in entertainment center, sixty-five inch smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and triple French doors leading to the back deck. Overlooking this space is a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, double wall ovens, a five-burner cooktop, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and additional seating for up to 8 guests. The adjoining breakfast room provides seating for ten with tranquil views of the lagoon, where you may spot egrets, herons, and osprey in the morning.

The bedrooms are arranged to maximize both privacy and flexibility. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite with a king bed, a fifty-inch TV, and French doors opening to the deck with lagoon views. Close by is Bedroom 2, a small twin bedroom that makes the space ideal for children. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 share their own ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the second primary suite, set on its own elevated level for quiet privacy, featuring tropical Tommy Bahama furnishings, a king bed, large windows with front yard views, and a beautifully tiled en-suite bath. On the opposite side of the home, Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed and an ensuite full bath, while Bedroom 5 offers both a queen bed and a bunk set with a twin trundle, also with its own ensuite bathroom.

The south-facing backyard is open and sunny, offering beautiful views of the fifteen-acre spring-fed lagoon with its abundant birdlife. The pool is a highlight, much larger than most in the area, with an eight-foot deep end, an eight-inch sun shelf, and a four-foot-wide shear flow fountain. The saltwater chlorination system makes swimming soft and comfortable, and the pool is accented by colored LED lights and a three-dimensional tile dolphin. A large lawn, paver pool deck with plenty of furniture, and a renovated twelve-by-thirty-foot deck with dining space for eight, umbrellas, and a gas grill complete the outdoor setting.

For a bit of extra fun, the garage includes a foosball table, making it a great spot for friendly competition during your stay.

Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
